Like I said in the beginning of the review, the cleaning ladies were very sweet & asked if there was anything we needed. Nobody bothered us also which was nice. I had no problem there and would recommend them to A friend.

We got held up the layover airport so we were going to be very late. I contacted the Hotel & they were fine with it! Two thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻 When we arrived at the Hotel, it was very late & we were exhausted. I contacted the Hotel & I couldn’t get an immediate response. I was in A big panic because we were in the middle of Naples at 12am with no Hotel room. The Hotel did reach back to me on the phone and got we upstairs quickly. I would just say try to get back to the customers that are waiting to be let in quicker. That was the only little headache, but besides that the people running the Hotel are very good people that are professionals!

The room is very big and spacious with a double bed upstairs and lounge/kitchen/bathroom area downstairs.

Getting into the property was a struggle as there had been payment issues that we weren't made aware of until we arrived at the property. Our only option was to take an hour walk to hand cash as the payment link provided by them continued to decline my and my partner's cards. I think if someone was actually there at the property to greet you on arrival it would have been a lot better and to let us know there was an issue of payment before we had arrived so we could try and sort it out instead of having to walk an hour in 40-degree heat. The staff were however very apologetic and friendly.

Convenient location, near the central station with intercity buses and trains, as well as metro and bus stops. You can walk to the central street, the Duomo, Supermarkets and shops are nearby.

The hotel is managed online, so there was some difficulty during check-in. Neighbors will help me

The room was beautiful and a really lovely interior with a balcony overlooking a bustling street. The bed was made daily by the housekeeper and the toiletries/tea replensehed. The location couldn't have been more ideal for us, close to the train station and really easy walk into the city. The owners communicated with us via WhatsApp and this proved very efficient, they replied almost immediately with any answers to questions and it made the whole process very smooth. A genuinely lovely room in a very practical location.

The only downside we found was a slightly confusing first encounter to pick up the keys, but after a few minutes this was sorted.

It was a good location and value for money. Clean, with great staff. Everything is managed remotely, so we never met them, but they were very helpful.

It's on the 4th floor and there are many steps to reach it. There is an elevator but we didn't feel too enthusiastic to use it because it looked quite small and not very reliable.

the room is separated i two parts The sitting room and the bedroom is like an attic You have to step on stairs to reach it. Additionally the bathroom is sitting toom

We went in after midnight, but guy on the phone gave all instruction how to enter the room, everything went smooth and nice. It was a place to stay overnight, before we move on, so it is very good.

Place is few blocks from railway station, on one hand it is very convenient, but on the other - surrounding is a bit scary, especially in a middle on the night, but this is Napoli, you need to accept that.

Property was in a good location if you’re looking at catching the train or metro around Italy or Naples. Many shops and restaurants around if you are hungry. The property inside was cute and comfortable. Housekeeping came everyday to give fresh towels and to make the bed. We were happy and comfortable with our stay. Prime location for transport but the noise and busyness of the streets below could be a bit frustrating. Check in was a bit confusing. We struggled to find the property and struggled to find someone to welcome us and give us the keys but after a while we managed to find a lady who had the keys and who taught us how to check in. But taking in consideration we had our Italian friend with us to translate… But thank you for the stay. It was pleasant.

The bed was a nice size and the room was very centrally located next to the Napoli Central train station. This is what we wanted as we were using the hotel as a base to move from Naples to Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast.

I will say the location is not the best safety-wise if you are a first time visitor to Naples. There are many pickpockets around. It was also evident that the staff smoked in the hallways. The room didn't smell of smoke-but the hallways did.
