Good location, nicely decorated room and bathroom, balcony with a sea view, air conditioning, smart tv

The policy about keeping the trash in your room was a bit strange, the room was cleaned throughout the stay, but the trash wasn't taken out. Could have at least used some trash bags. Could have used some extra soap & shower gel, had to buy our own. Same with coffee pads, small things that don't cost that much, but make a difference, especially considering the room wasn't cheap. Pictures are a bit misleading, the couch is part of a common area in the apartment,and the view is not the same from all the rooms. Didn't have any chairs on the balcony.

Modern and clean. cleaner in daily. communal table and chairs nice. Towels changed.

Balcony small and not a sea view when seated from our room balcony although two other rooms had a better view. could see the sea when hanging over balcony. The apartment next door had door open with loud TV on and smoked on balcony so not pleasant to sit on balcony. apartment in quiet area but taxi could get near due to small roads so quite a walk and often uphill which may be hard if poor mobility or larger cases. Had kitchen with fridge outside room but not able to use it.

Property was clean & had a good shower/bathroom. Balcony with a sea view. Loved the old buildings with narrow cobble streets & over looking the bay of Naples. Only 10 minutes walk down to the bustling city with shops cafes & restaurants along the sea front

Had a shared communial kitchen which was fine but would have been better if the room had a fridge with a kettle & tea/coffee making facility itself. The breakfast cafe was a short walk through the narrow cobble streets which fine for us but wouldn’t recommend for anyone not fit enough to walk up steps, steep hills & uneven pathways.

Amazing room for a stay in Naples with a shared kitchen and living room space. Very nice location and the room looks great (and the balcony is nice too!) Make sure to take the funicular up to the property from Augusto (near Teledo metro station) if you have any luggage as we originally walked up without cases and only found out about this after.

The walls are a tad thin which meant you could sometimes hear guests when they were shouting. Nothing major however and we didn’t lose any sleep over it.

It was a great stay! They helped us out with the key even if we arraived with later train and it was friday evning. It is a great area just in the middle of napoli daily life. Fantastic weiw from the balcony. And they drove us with there own taxi to the early train, very kind! Cosy breakfast place.

Just be aware that there are a lot of stairs to walk, if you walk from the metro and have a lot och luggage and kids

We loved the view of the sea…. The ac was better than typical air conditioning units in Italy so we were happier. The apt was quaint and was definitely super clean and nice.

We did not like all the stairs we had to climb and we did not realize that we were so high up on a hill…. We should’ve been more familiar with Naples and the topography. But next time we will book something on more flat ground.

The room was great. Clean, good WiFi, air conditioning and a small outside terrace. Breakfast is at a cafe a 3 min walk up the hill. If you are nice and tip a couple €, they will welcome you every morning with sweet, savory or both for breakfast. You can sit inside where it’s bit quiet or outside and watch the absolute chaos of morning traffic. It’s very close to the main shopping areas, lots of cafes and restaurants. A few grocery stores. Paolo is also very helpful. Happy to help with whatever you need. There is also a taxi driver in the building he will give you the contact for.

The only slight complaint is the walk to apartment. It’s 20 minutes either up hills or stairs. It’s good though, you can burn off the pizza and pasta.

Apartment was very nice and modern. Lovely view from the balcony. Comfortable beds. Checking in was very quick and efficient and very welcoming too

Too many stairs which was difficult with suitcases. Also taxis only can go as far as the corner of the street so you still have to make your way to the property on cobblestone. Something to consider if you have a heavy luggage

Room was super tidy and modern, plenty of space, beds were comfy and had a nice overlooking view of the city from the balcony. Bathroom was great too.

Only complaint (more of a nitpick) is the struggle getting into the place again. Using the key to open the door was a struggle, as it opens differently to a normal locked door.

Super nice and tidy - just like the photos. the bathroom was great, and the balcony did have view of the ocean. The room itself wasn’t big but with the bathroom and balcony it didn’t feel too crowded especially since we travelled as a couple.

It was placed in a quiet area which was nice, but a little too far from public transportation given all the stairs and hills in Napoli.
