Excellent choice for your stay in Naples! The staff (Arcangelo and Laurine) were amazing, they were incredibly friendly and with useful information on everything we needed. Although we had originally booked a front room with a small balcony Laurine eventually gave us a larger one at the back with the sign 'Privato' on the door, which we really appreciated, it was of course very clean and mostly quiet. Be aware that Via dei Mille is a road that is almost always busy and therefore noisy. The neighbourhood of Chiaia is safe, with many high-end shops nearby, and the city centre is about 15'-20' away on foot! The bathroom was clean and with all amenities. Additionally, the bottles of water they had filled in the fridge for us were free, a simple but great gesture! The breakfast is simple, but tasty, for which you order what you wish to be prepared the day before, usually in the afternoon. In a possible new visit to Naples, we would definitely choose Prestige Rooms for our stay!

Location! The hotel is placed in Chiaia which is beautiful district with cool designer shops and great restaurants. It is very safe area. The size of the room! The room is really big, very comfortable even for a long stays. A lot of space. Internet connection was good.

They could take better care of cleanliness. The old stains were visible on furniture around edges of the shower, etc. It says that the reception is working during the day. I understood that means that someone will be available at the reception desk. This is not the case. You basically get the number that is available during these hours. That was a bit strange.

The rooms were very roomy and nice and had more than everything we needed.

No elevator which is hard if u have big luggage like we did. The heater in our room made noise all night long that kept us up. Some of the extra blankets were dirty but they hotel staff was nice and on top of that. They wanted to fix it immediately. There was no shower door in the shower so the whole bathroom floor would get soaked.

We had a very nice 4 nights stay. Hotel located in Chaia really good and very safe area. The location is great surrounded by cafes, metro and shopping center. Staff were so friendly and helpful, many thanks to Arcangelo for a great job .Our room was very clean with a cleaning service everyday . Room spacious, bed comfortable, reception open 9-20 after that card key only, 2 min to metro station, 15-20 min walking distance to Via Toledo and Port. Nice stay and positive impression

Breakfast was very simple

Someone was on sight to greet us and provide us with all the information we need for our stay. Very proactive in helping us find our way around the area and organised a taxi to the airport upon our arrival so we didn’t have to worry. The room was better than expected, very clean, very spacious and comfortable

There is a theatre across the road in a no through road and can get a bit noisy given the windows were not sound proof but the noise wasn’t too late.

The room and service was great! The room was large and very clean. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Comfortable, safe location. We were even able to keep our large suitcases securely at the hotel free of charge after check out, so we could take smaller ones to stay in Positano for a few days.

Nothing major. The front desk person carried our large suitcases up a pretty steep flight of stairs as the rooms were on the 2nd floor. Maybe a few more breakfast options. But all in all, these are minor issues.

Excellent hotel in one of the nicest neighborhoods of Naples, one which is not dirty nor tagged everywhere... The room was super big and furnished with a lot of amenities. We also appreciated the coffee, tea, biscuits. Everyday, the room was cleaned thoroughly and everything put in order. The staff was super nice and helpful, especially Laurine who helped us with the self check-in after 8pm with clear instructions.

Maybe the shower which was not in a perfect state

Located in the middle of Chiaia, these Prestige rooms are a super comfortable solution to avoid expensive hotels. The value for money is good. Clean place, full of plus (like the Kimbo coffee machine and all the goodies for breakfast that you find in your room). The staff was superb! Always there to help you! Highly recommended 😃

I agree with changing the sheets once every three days but not so happy on the towels. The bathroom was without heater and the towels remained wet all over the three days.

I liked everything about the property. The location in Chiaia was close enough to walk to the center and in the busy neighborhoods but also far enough to allow a peaceful rest at night. The train station for the subway or other trains is a few minutes walk; there are buses and a funicular very close. It is clean and very comfortable. And the staff are wonderful! Everyone is very friendly and happy to help. They are all fluent in English if needed. It was easy, comfortable and bright!
