We had a wonderful stay thanks to the warm welcome from Marco and his colleagues. Following a rather dramatic experience as soon as arrived at the central station, when one of our mobile phones got stolen (careful with that area!) we managed to enjoy our 3-night stay in Napoli thanks to Emme21 being a great place, that changed our first impression of the city for the better. We felt safe and could recover from the initial shock. This way we were able to discover the true nature of Napoli, a city of contrasts, warm and hospitable people, beautiful church ceremonies, family atmosphere and amazing food. Walking distance to the Duomo, the old city area as well as the sea side promenade made it easy to explore without the need to take the tube, not even once. The breakfast was amazing, setting us up for the days ahead and the Prosecco complementary bottle for the NYE was a lovely surprise. Very pleasant room, big and comfy bed, decent en-suite bathroom, good A/C unit and a charming French balcony were highlights of the accommodation. Marco and Emme21, thanks again and arrivederci!

The room was comfortable and all you need for a short stay. I worked during my stay and the internet was perfect. The bed was comfortable and king size which I prefer. The hallway can get a bit noisy in the morning but it’s tolerable. The service was impeccable and Guissepe made sure I have my breakfast, coffee, and everything that was needed during my stay. They were responsive and let me check out a bit later due to my work. Would recommend for a stay in Naples.

Great location, very central, and close to da Michele pizzeria! The host was wonderful, he was very kind, answered any questions we had, brought us breakfast each morning, and on the last day he held on to our bags and called us a taxi for an afternoon train. Great value for the price.

The shower was not very clean - there was some mold on one of the shower heads and a little on the wall too. They did clean our rooms each day which was nice, but they left the sheet hanging onto the ground, and also moved some of my partner’s items on the bedside table which we didn’t like.

The location is brilliant. Super close to metro station but also 20min walk if preferred. Marco was very helpful and super nice

The storage could have been better (e.g. more shelves or cupboards under the table perhaps) as was a bit tricky to unpack for two. The bed was a bit squeaky but that’s something understandable so not a huge fuss. Breakfast was great and Marco was very easy going, however, only option we have had was sweet rather than savoury, which again, is not an issues, just depends on everyone’s preference I guess.

The location is very central. A short walk from Garibaldi, local shops, grocery stores and historical landmarks including the most delicious pizza restaurant in Naples. The room was clean and organized. Anna made us a lovely breakfast every morning and was very helpful with any questions we had. Giuseppe was so helpful with holding our bags a couple hours after checkout and even gave us extra water for our trip! Truly a memorable experience!

We had an amazing stay, in a quiet location but still close to the main train station, lovely comfortable bed, friendly staff and breakfast in bed was a great treat. If we are back in Naples we would definitely stay here again.

We would have given a 10 but we mentioned about a nut allergy when we arrived but was given Nutella on the breakfast. Maybe a miscommunication and did have other things to be able to eat instead so not the end of the world. Otherwise a perfect stay.

Close to bus and train and to city centre. About 15-20 minutes by walk from busstation with bags and everything. Quite easy to find and had a small elevator so you did not have to carry your bags in the stairs. Nice room for good price. since weather was very warm the small fridge in the room was very appreciated. Felt like a safe street although we went inside before darkness.

The host seemed quite keen that we would write a positive review and asked us twice to do that (first time when we left and second by text message after we left). Yes tourism is exchange of service and money but well...for me that was a first.

Location: The location was really good and in close walking distance to great restaurants, bars and the train station. The hotel was also only a 5 minute walk from the famous pizzería Da Michele which is a must in Naples. Breakfast: The breakfast was really good and was delivered to our room at the time we specified. Customer Service: Overall the Customer service was really good. This was the First time we have visited Naples and Peppee was very helpful and provided us with directions to restaurants and shops we wanted to go.

We arrived outside the Napoli Centrale train station on the Airport Bus. It was an easy 13 min walk to EMME21( obviously you could just use a taxi but we were watching the Euros). Antonio provided easy instructions an a short video on how to access the property. The property is just off the Corso Umberto I in a quiet location. It a great location to stay for exploring Naples. The Duomo Metro is close by giving you access to further areas of Naples and beyond. A short 3min walk to the famed L'Antica Pizzeria Da Michele Pizza. A 5min from EMME21will get you to the street (Via Forcella) that leads on to the lively Via Vicaria Vecchia with plenty of bars and restaurants. Also the location of the traditional craft of Presepe. We were only staying the night before catching the train onto Palermo, Sicily. An excellent way to travel to Sicily. We had hoped the stay at EMME21 on our return but unfortunately it was already booked for those dates. Lovely breakfast in the morning, many thanks Antonio.

The property was in a central locations, very secure and everything was updated and immaculately clean inside. The staff members were working kind and welcoming and made my experience so pleasant. They are extremely accommodating and very friendly. I will absolutely recommend this place to anyone staying in the Naples area.
