This facility was a good surprice in the end. When I booked the stay I expected a facility comprising the whole building, but upon arriving I found out that it occupied only one (the 3rd) floor in an old tenement house, on a 2nd floor there was another similar facility and usual tenants on other floors. All the floors are easily accesible by a lift. The window faced the main noisy street and I expected a dissaster. But after all I god used to the noise surprisingly easily and the nice staff fully compensated for everything a demanding traveller can miss in a small Bed and Breakfast. Although some friends of mine consider Naples to be a dangerous no-go-zone, thanks to the support I got in the accomodation I felt very comfortable in the city and enjoied its otherness and hidden friendliness. The breakfast was good, every morning a new type og gluten-free product, it was so nice and sincere in the same time. Nice staff. I really recommend.

This accommodation is a special category, if you can tune your mind to its melody, you´ll be enchanted and undertstand Italy better. If you are used to expensive hotels and expect luxury, you can easily fail to notice its subtle magic.

This hotel is located on 3rd floor of the building with revealed historical elements serving as decoration in the room. Bed was really comfortable, owner and staff really polite and helpful. The bathroom had toiletries so you don't have to bring your own shower gel or shampoo. It can be noisy at night but it is just the sound of Naples. You get used to it after night or two. Interior decorations are in trend.

The accommodation is fantastic, and we will definitely return when visiting Naples again. If I had to suggest improvements, it would be that the TV only offers Italian channels, and while the room provides an electric kettle with tea bags, there is no coffee available. Breakfast included three different and delicious pastries (croissant, chocolate, and vanilla, as well as soft sfogliatelle), two pies, butter, jam, and cornflakes, but only one type of ham and cheese was offered. It would be nice to have eggs and perhaps some cheese spread. Additionally, only one coffee was prepared for us, with no self-service option. We could have asked for more, but we felt a bit hesitant to call a staff member.

This place was quaint (I think there were only 8 rooms), super clean and we appreciated the complimentary coffee, water, pastries, meat and cheese in the mornings. Loved the location of this property, right on the Main Street in Naples and about half way between the marina and train station. Tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. And the owner was super responsive before and during the trip and even arranged an early morning taxi for us on our last day.

I tripped over the single stair in front of our room the first morning (and a few of the rooms had a single step inside the room). Totally my fault but be aware there’s a stair to be mindful of.

It's a small hotel (more B&B) in a good location, walking distance to main attractions but not on the door step, also on a very busy road (our room didn't face it). Room was reasonable size, extremely clean and looked lovely. The breakfast was very lovely too. Staff was really helpful and any questions were answered any time (through whatsapp or at the reception). Definitely would recommend!

The only down - our driver (arranged by the hotel) didn't turn up for the airport pick up (no communication either) although it was Sunday, so let it be. Got an uber instead and all was fine.

The property is right in the city, with a nice view from the outside of your room, which has a small balcony. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room I booked included a jacuzzi, which was a new experience for me. The accommodation is on the third floor, but there is a lift, so you can easily transport your luggage, no matter how many you have. Even after we checked out, we were able to leave our luggage at the reception desk and were given a key to the main door so that we could collect it whenever we wanted. Although the property is on a very busy road due to the double-glazed window, once closed, you will not hear the traffic noise, which is one of the things I liked about it.

Breakfast was included, but if you are vegan, there is no point in including it because the majority of the foods are not vegan. Anyway, I drank juice and ate bread toast with jam, as those were the only vegan options available.

We arrived a little after reception closed and had to check in ourselves. This meant several messages to the property via both the bookings.com app and WhatsApp which were all answered immediately. WhatsApp was used to provide pictures and a video on how to use the keypad entry. The communication was excellent. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It is on the main Street of Naples which was very noisy and we thought may have been an issue, however we both slept very well. The property has small steps both to get in and internally on a dark tile floor, we found we had to be extremely careful navigating these steps as visitors unfamiliar with the property. To be fair, we did not have any incidents and they have worked to make it as obvious as possible with LED strip lighting along the bottom of each step, so not a reason not to stay, just be aware. There was also nowhere to hang towels (although you could see where the hangers had probably been, so I expect a short term issue, and not a significant issue).

Had to be aware of the internal steps on dark tiles. The communication was prompt and excellent, however a reason frequent communication was needed was that as we arrived after reception closed we had to rely on the information available in the unit, which wasn’t always clear or easy to locate (some information was on the reception desk and not in the room, which I hadn’t immediately recognised). And some information was not available at all (such as how to turn off the LED lighting on the steps when it was time to go to sleep). Even at the late hour requests were answered immediately, which was great, but clear information available in the unit may have limited the need for the number of messages we used.

The room was very comfortable and in a great location. My incoming flight to Naples was canceled and rescheduled for the next day. Originally the flight was just delayed and I would have arrived past the last checkin time. Francesca continually messaged me to ask how I was and to keep her informed of my flight. When I realized my flight would get it in later than check in allowed, Francesca helped me find a hotel near the airport so I would have a bed upon arrival. When I got to Napoli Svelata the next day, Francesca was waiting for me and was very kind. My room was paid for in advance, but I didn’t get to use the first night so she offered to allow me to stay an additional night since I missed my first night. I was not able to due to traveling to Sorrento.

Nothing really not to like.

Our room was beautifully furnished, very clean and fresh, comfortable bed, all the facilities we needed. Our balcony overlooked a busy main road through Naples, so although the traffic was noisy it did not stop us from sleeping. We enjoyed what we could see from the balcony. Great location, not far for us to walk to many of the attractions we wanted to see - pizza alley, Christmas alley, Maradona mural, waterfront, piazza plebiscito. Breakfast options were better than expected.

The location is very good, between the train station and city center. The room was clean, with a medium size bed and a big hidromassage bath. The heating with A/C was ok for an outside temperature about 10 Celsius degrees during the night. There are a safe box and a fridge in the room. The breakfast was ok, available from 8 to 10, based on sweeties, fruits, yoghurt, cheese, ham and butter, but no vegetables. Towels were changed in the third day of staying. Francesca is a very friendly and helpful person. :)

The room is very noisy due to the traffic, day and night. I recommend ear plugs to have the possibility to sleep well.

Host contacted me by whatsapp on morning of arrival to offer transport from airport to hotel , no pressure to accept but half the cost of local taxis. Naples airport is a bit hectic on arrival so was happy to accept and lad was there in arrivals hall. Hotel was only a 8 or 10min walk from central train station , for the healthy ....... or under a minute from nearest underground station which in turn is only a minute or 2 from central station . Underground stations were spotless . Hotel was very clean and only had a few rooms so very quiet internally . book the room with the spa bath , very relaxing after a long day walking round city

Breakfast was basic continental fare , cold meats , cheese, cake , breads , tea , coffee . Naples is a Industrial city and always on move , Hotel is right on a main avenue and sound of traffic and car horns is fairly loud and goes on into the night if windows are left open
