We really appreciated the warm welcome of Marco and Sara. They are truly wonderful people. Sara handled the cleaning part and the breakfast perfectly! Marco gave us valuable and precious recommendations on where to go and what to do. We loved the neighborhood. It is really safe and clean, very local, mostly families. Lots of shops and restaurants. Grazie Mille to the both of you! You'll love it there. It's like home 🙂

The shower is a little bit tiny. You rather not move too often while showering :) Otherwise, it was perfect.

The host was very friendly. He took the time to explain everything on the map and which areas to visit. The area where the property is situated is one of the more upscale areas of Napoli and close to the metro as well. A few streets from the property there is also a shopping area where you can also do aperitivo with lots of restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable. Parking is not a problem. You can either park in a secure building for a fee but on the streets its not a problem as well as the area is very safe.

Marco the host was very nice and available on WhatsApp at all times for any questions or advice about the city. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. The bathroom was modern and bright. The windows in the room opened which I like. The aircon was great. The location was close to the metro and shops and restaurants etc.

I would suggest adding a mini fridge to the room

This place is a great choice. It is centrally located in one of the best and most elegant districts (Vomero) of Naples. It is easily accessible by metro, Funicolare and bus. The host, Marco is very helpful and always available. Sara keeps the whole place spotlessly clean. Great choice to explore the huslte and bustle of Naples and its surroundings from a peaceful and elegant district.

Basically nothng. Maybe the bed could have been more comfortable, but we are big people.

The location of the apartment is in a nice and local area where you have a different spirit. Magnopizza restaurant for example is really close and it’s an outstanding local vibe where Antonio welcomed us with shots after we came back :). Marco is a really outstanding host, he waited for us, to make sure the taxi will bring us back to the airport and he responds really quick if you need anything.

The owner is great - was very welcoming, gave us best advice on what to visit & where to eat. Breakfast was really nice. My husband does not like traditional italian sweet breakfast, so he got savory options & even eggs. We were allowed to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Good location, clean & comfortable accommodation.

Excellent location, near subway and in a nice part of town. The appartment clean and comfortable, breakfast delicious,each day something new. Coffee and tea available at anytime which was a great addition for two coffee lovers. And Marco is an excellent host, friendly and attentive to needs. Made our time in Naples even nicer. Thanks Marco!

I booked B&B Floridiana very last minute, in less than 10 hours my room was ready. Both Marco and Sara were super friendly and kind. My room was very spacious, clean and my bed was very comfortable. Location was also great, clean, safe and not noisy while being close to many bars and restaurants. If I go back to Naples I’ll definitely stay at Floridiana. Thanks for hosting me!

Honestly the best Air B and B in Napoli. Marco is an exceptional host. He went out of his way to welcome us with a real Margarita pizza ( we arrived late evening and hadn’t eaten). He guided us where to shop, eat and visit. He arranged taxis for us from the train station to the Air B and B, then to the Port on departure. His hostess Sara was also a wonderful person, who made our beds and cleaned our room each day. The breakfast was outstanding , fresh rolls, salami, ham and cheese every morning including delicious pastry’s and good coffee.

Marco was an excellent host who went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He gave us lots of recommendations and information about Naples and the surrounding areas. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, comfortable and in a lovely area of Naples. Close to lots of bars and restaurants and within walking distance of public transport to access the ferry port to visit nearby islands of Capri and Ischia.
