- Great location, quiet area in Vomero, close to Floridiana park and busy shopping streets w cafés. Metro and funicular provide easy access to downtown. - We were allowed to check in early which was a great perk. The benefit of a small hotel with flexibility vs big chains :) - Rooms are spacious and freshly renovated

For my taste, there were too many sweet options at the breakfast. There was also plenty of fruit though, as well as yoghurt and boiled eggs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Each time I asked for something, they did their best to assist me. I was able to keep my bag in the hotel storage after checkout until my flight. I also liked the common area, where you can charge your phone and take a rest or work. The bed was wide, and there was a comfortable shelf. The air conditioner and TV were working well.

Internet connection was poor. Bathroom and the pillows were uncomfortable.

An armchair would not hurt. The room and bathroom especially need more shelves. The shower stall was small and the location of the shower head poorly designed. Stall was rectangular but the shower head holder and faucet knob were placed on the narrow side making it hard to move around and even bend to soap the legs. The slippery floor did not help and is indeed dangerous. A small shelf in the shower stall would help. The toilet paper holder was poorly designed and the roll kept falling out on the floor. Furthermore the holder was falling off the wall as the anchors were worn out. I had to fix it myself.

Location and access to Naples centre was excellent. Cable car station was only a short walk away and the trip was about 5 minutes into city centre for €1.30 per trip. Vemoro area is beautiful with so many cobbled and pedestrian streets lined with great restaurants and coffee shops etc.....a great and safe location to base yourself in Naples.....

This is really nice place to stay in Napoli. The food was great, room was really clean and the hotel receptionist was so kind and friendly(both of them).

Location was excellent: close to metro and funiculars allowed me to go places. Vomero area is away (20 min) from the hustle and bustle of central Napoli, but accesible thu public transportation. Hotel is very quiet, windows are soundproof. AC worked perfect. Room was pristine and cleaned every day. Staff was courteous and willing to help. Breakfast was continental with lots of options. Common areas too are in excellent condition. Toiletries in bathroom. Lots of places to eat at via Scarlati and environs, with lots of choices for food.

The room lacked a drinking cup or glass. Recommend putting disposable or plastic in bathroom.

Very friendly and helpful people are working there.

1. No employees present during the night. The fire alarm started accidentaly and nobody were there to stop it for a half of hour. 2. Usually, if you reserve on booking.com you get the best room available. This time, it wasn't the case in our... case. 3. If the city centre is your point of intrest, then you should think again. The traffic is often bad and, if you experience a strike of th epublic transportation workers, as we did, you are quite isolated on the top of the hill.

The hotel is in a nice area, close to many shops and bars/restaurants and within a short walk of the Metro. It is quiet and the rooms nicely decorated, if basic. We were concerned that reception may be closed earlier than our arrival time but this was not a problem. Breakfast is typical for Naples - cakes and bread but fruit and yogurt also at the buffet. Coffee excellent (also typical of the city) .

Minor quibbles only - an iron in the room and a tray for soap/shampoo in the shower would be nice. The bed is quite firm too.

Excellent staff at reception. They memorised my room number and had key ready when I returned at the end of the day. This hotel used to be a small hospital. You get large rooms and large corridors, in exchange for bland ambiance.

Bathroom is adequately sized but there is not enough room between toilet and shower to sit properly. No table mats at breakfast.

The staff was really nice. They cleaned the room every day, and that was a big plus. It was really quiet compared to other hotels where I stayed, and I think it is unique.
