B&B Hotel Napoli is conveniently located in Piazza Garibaldi which is perfect if you're using Alibus to get to and from the airport (the bus stop is between the Central Station and Corso Garibaldi). Other than being in a lively and central location close to some good shops and cafes, it's very easy to walk from here to a number of key attractions. The rooms at the hotel are spacious and incredibly clean with daily housekeeping available. It should be noted that the pillows here are some kind of magic! The team at the hotel were warm and inviting and gave us useful advice on how to get around the city. A special thanks to everyone we met at the front desk, especially Giuseppe. VERY convenient to Central station. Staff spoke English well & were very personable. The switch to my toilet broke and I was given another room quickly. There was a mishap/typo with new room code and it turned the situation into a funny one! Breakfast was $9.50, a bit pricey but the variety, convenience & replenishing made it worth the cost, Eggs, bread, meat, cheese, yogurts, juice, coffee, fruit, sweets, The kebob place 3 steps away (next door) was VERY welcome after Naples for a few days. It is at the Central Station, YES, it's a bit sketchy. Be smart! The famous Sfogliatelle calde Attanasio is steps away. Hot water always available. Roof top view area was a treat! Nice Lobby. Second room had a smart TV. Seems like police & staff have a good relationship. Front desk 24/7.

One elevator had a funky smell. Sheets & towels could use an upgrade. USB ports in every room (I'm guessing the rooms with the desks have the UBS ports). The area was a bit "gritty" , but expected.

Near train station, 24 hour desk, rooms were secure, clean, quiet, comfortable, air conditioned, amenities I liked ,elevator, breakfast buffet well stocked , friendly staff. Everything worked properly. Around the property are inexpensive coffees, and eats. Hotel has a secure room for luggage if you leave it to your on the last day. Taxi’s are easy at the street.

Re: near the train station as in many locations, We arrived in the dark and though it was easily walkable we ended up walking the wrong direction (my fault) and at night I was afraid for my safety around the entrance. So arrive in daylight, or taxi around the block.

Good to be close to the train station in terms of travel. Clean hotel, friendly staff overall fantastic! Very comfortable bed, fridge in room was super helpful to have and the roof top terrace is lovely to have access to.

Bad in terms of cleanliness of the square, that the hotel resides on and it’s out of the hotels control but it’s gross sketchy and literally feces and urine everywhere in the square. My only feedback for the hotel itself is a few floor tiles were broken in our room.

Good location, a few minutes walk from central station and metro. Close to Centro Storico, 25 mins walk to Spanish Quarter. Coffee, cold drinks and snacks at reasonable prices available 24 hrs in reception. Staff were friendly and helpful - thanks Giuseppe!

The room was a bit sparse. Bed was comfortable but tiled floor (no carpet) felt a bit basic. Lack of power points needs addressing. I’ve stayed in B&B chain hotels in France which had much better room facilities.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was very convenient, just a few minutes down the road from the train station (which is where the buses coming from the airport drop you off)

The room was quite small with little space for any luggage, same with the toilet (so not the most comfortable). The AC was only blowing out hot air, and the toiletries were only available for sale. we arrived late at night and the area outside the hotel seemed a bit dodgy.

Clean. Rooms cleaned everyday. Great location for travel networks. 30 seconds from the train station. Bus stops right outside on square. 15 minutes to airport on bus. 10 minutes to ferry. Can see Mount Vesuvius from the room balcony and rooftop. Large rooftop with plenty of chairs and tables to bring your own food and drink to have dinner. Foosball table is great. Good idea to have refreshments in the lobby. Great staff on the desk, friendly, great advice when needed.

Our tv didn't connect to our devices and could only access 3 channels on satellite.

The walk from Garibaldi to the hotel gave us mixed feelings - the neighbourhood seemed extremely noisy and not very clean. However the hotel was an absolute gem! From the first greeting in the reception by Antonio to the last minutes when we lifted our bags into the taxi - everything was perfect. The hotel and rooms were very quiet, little street noise actually makes it up to the higher floors. The beds were huge and comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly. The rooftop bar is a wonderful place to get a relaxing drink, enjoy the view around Naples and kickstart your vacation in the hometown of pizza. Special bonus points to Antonio for recommending us the restaurants that locals actually dine in - it was an unforgettable experience both in terms of food and atmosphere. This really made our trip.

The breakfast was quite crowded during the last hour, most of the food was not available and it took quite a long time to wait for it to be replenished.

very friendly and helpful staff, the terrace is lovely at any time of the day - I used it in the evening with a takeout pizza from the restaurant next door and an aperol spritz from reception. the rooms are big, and have everything you’ll need from a powerful hairdryer to a smart TV.

The outside area itself feels a little sketchy but I was using it as a one night base for an early morning flight and as a female solo traveller I did feel safe and would recommend for this reason. you’re only a 15 min walk from Spaccanapoli and then about 15 mins on again to Plaza Reale. If you have the day it’s definitely worth visiting there. i made sure I was back at the hotel by 6:30pm but it did feel safe as there were police present in the square, probably as it’s right by the main train station. if you’re staying for multiple nights, stay downtown.

This is a very good basic hotel in central location. Rooms were comfortable and clean with good air conditioning. Despite being located on the central square, windows have good noise reduction for restful sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful and if needed you can buy some basic products at the reception (water, toothpaste, snacks, etc). Buffet breakfast was good with a basic choice but good value for money. Overall we were happy with the stay and liked the roof top terrace very much.
