We've just returned from a really enjoyable week in beautiful Napoli.I can't really fault this B&B as everything really was above our expectations. I have never slept so well when away from home, my room faced onto the inner courtyard and was totally silent. My son's room had a little balcony facing over the main road and whilst a bit noisy it didn't bother him. The staff were all lovely and the rooms were large and very clean. For those unsure about the location, for us it was perfect as we did several day trips so wanted to be close to the main transport hub. Napoli felt safe to us coming from a city in the UK with much greater problems with street gangs etc...so please don't be put off with comments saying the area isn't safe, its no different to if you were having a stay in for example in London or Manchester etc...

Not sure why it is only classed as 1+* but I am glad we took a chance and booked it. From the reception, to the rooms and the breakfast and rooftop area we couldn't fault anything. It is located virtually a 5 min walk to the bus and train station and 20+ mins to the port. People have commented on the area but you are central to everything and we didn't feel uncomfortable once. We are backpack travellers, stayed 5 nights, and it was perfect. Well done for offering everything we needed. The breakfast selection even set us up for the day!!

We got a bit of a scare when we arrived. Outside looked dated and poorly maintained. We took the elevator to the 6th floor and were pleasantly surprised by a modern new interior. Friendly people at the reception desk. Our room was very nice. Bathroom with walk-in shower looked new. Only thing missing is a shower curtain. After a shower the whole floor is wet. Which is not convenient when you want to use the toilet. Breakfast was very good ! The roof terrace is clean and modern looking with plenty of lounge sets to relax and have a drink. Last evening we ate in the restaurant. Good food for a reasonable price. All in all a very pleasant experience!

It’s a great B&B. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a fridge and kettle. Daily towels and shower gel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a large choice whilst lunch and dinner are available. We are there a couple of time and food was delicious. The rooftop terraces are a true bonus after a manic day in this crazy city. I forgot my swimsuit but it’s a must as there are two lovely saunas, lots of beds and chairs.

The outside would not inspire you and the lift needed to get to floors 5 and 6 are ancient but you get used to it! It’s Naples not a luxury hotel but a sweet B&B!

The breakfast was excellent and the spread was tremendous. They had so many choices to meet anybody’s dietary needs. Food was freshly made and taste good. The place was very close (about 500 meters) to Naple's "Napoli Centrale" train station located in Piazza Garibaldi. Our room was located in the 4th floor and there was a small elevator to access the rooms. The room was clean, spacious and the air-condition worked well. WiFi speed was adequate to access the internet and make WhatsApp calls. One warning I can provide is that if you have a large suitcase, pushing that on very rough rock surfaces in the Piazza Garibaldi is very difficult. So, getting to the B&B even though it is so close to the Centrale station could be frustrating.

The area near the B&B is not clean, but on the other hand this is typical of Naples.

The friendliest staff and the tastiest breakfast ever! Easy check-in and check-out, no problems with getting an invoice, all questions immediately addressed. Additional access to the roof terrace helped a lot to deal with hot weather. There's a wide range of products offered for breakfast, you can have something different every day for at least a week. The beds are also very comfortable. Two small shops just near the hotel make the stay even more convenient - they've got almost everything you need: water, fresh fruit, public transport tickets etc. The proximity of the main railway station, airport shuttle, and many buses is a big advantage. And last but not least, I just have to add this: I was travelling for work and honestly, it was really tough for me to leave breakfast and head to the conference, I could have sit there for hours eating these delicious pastries and drinking the best cappuccino I've ever had...

It was quite difficult to open the door to the room, the key seemingly didn't fit very well. Also, the Wi-Fi connection was unstable, however, it was enough to do the basic tasks such as sending e-mails. The bathroom, at least in my room, was very small. And the noise coming from the streets...it's not something that the hotel can do anything about but if you're a light sleeper, this might cause some inconvenienves, the sounds from the outside are a constant issue.

Hands down this is an absolute gem of a hotel. Great location to explore Naples on foot and also plenty of public transport options close by to venture out a bit further. The room had a good size with everything you needed, e.g. a fridge, plenty of space for your things, air con, a nice bathroom with great shower pressure and it was all super clean too. The highlight of the building is definitely the rooftop, featuring chill areas with hammocks, cabanas, hot tubs a bar and food service, a restaurant and wonderful views over Naples. The breakfast options were outstanding, different types of bread and pastries, fresh fruit, eggs and other hot items, cakes, yoghurt, different types of veggies either raw or marinated, cheeses, cold meats etc etc. All freshly prepared and top quality. The very best thing about this place, however, is the mega friendly staff. Every single staff member I interacted with provided the best possible service. Next time I'm in Naples, I'll definitely be back in this place.

It was lovely, breakfast was fantastic and there was barista coffee. the rooftop jacuzzis and terrace with sun loungers were a nice bonus that made the stay better, it was a welcome retreat after exploring the hectic streets of Napoli! The room was clean with a little balcony and they remade the bed daily which was good as I couldn’t figure out the duvet which seemed to always get loose in the night. They also provided new shampoo sachets every day. The hotel’s location was fantastic and central for exploring Napoli and taking the train further afield.

For those who are light sleepers it might be recommended to ask for a courtyard facing room if there is one, as you could hear the street noise still fairly loudly (from the street facing rooms. The balcony was cool and view was cool for me but my partner (a lighter sleeper) did struggle to sleep.

B&B Sweet sleep is a gem hidden away on the top floors of an unassuming building located less than a 10 min walk from Termini Napoli Centrale. Inside located on the 6th floor you'll be greeted by amazing staff that are ready to help you. Check-in was seamless, if you've booked with a 3rd party you just need to pay the city tax. Once checked-in we were shown to our room and given some instructions on the multiple physical keys needed for the building. B&B Sweet sleep has successfully created a little Oasis with the rooftop terrace, including multiple cabanas, comfortable seating, hotubs and wait staff. There is a restaurant and bar onsite that you can order from throughout the day. I missed her name but we had a great young lady who took care of us during the late afternoon and evenings as we unwound in the open air terrace after a long day of exploration. I can't finish without commenting on the amazing breakfast buffet included with your stay, the selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, pastries, breads and cheeses was fantastic and a great way to start each day. The breakfast room had attendants working an espresso machine that kept everyone in cafe just the way you wanted it. All in all, I highly recommend B&B Sweet sleep as the perfect place to stay in Napoli.

B&B sweet sleep is a family run business run by a lovely couple who have a little 2 yr old daughter, they and all their staff work really hard in sweltering heat to keep their hotel spotlessly clean. The owners stay on the third floor and are always at hand to help you with anything. The rooms are again, very clean we stayed in the millennium room, and it had a small balcony that overlooks the city and a lovely modern bathroom. We booked the spa on the last day as our flight was at 16.30, it was only 60 euro and it had the most amazing jacuzzi, sauna, and rain fall showers, and a bottle of Prosecco was included in the price 🥰 also the Food was lovely too, and we often got little free snacks with our drinks, their bruschetta is amazing 🤩

I honestly feel there was nothing, as said in previous reviews, the city/area is a little run down, but it is in the middle of the city so you wud expect this, we personally didn’t have any bad experiences, there were some poor homeless folk living under trees in the square next to the central station, but they didn’t bother anyone, and there is a lot of police presence. We used this as a base to explore Amalfi, Pompeii etc and Really glad we did, we would defo stay here again 😀
