Excellent location, you can walk to Spanish quarter, Historic Centre and the seaside. Room was very clean, fresh, with nice small balcony, comfortable beds and pillows. I recommend this place.

There were nice amenities like tea, Nescafe, cookies, but it would be great if there was also an espresso option.

Bright and comfortable room; we were not bothered by traffic noises because the room was on a 5th floor and had double glazing. There are facilities in a common area to make tea or coffee, but to have a proper breakfast we were given vouchers to use in the nice bar which is at the ground floor of the building. The position is very good, central and 2 minutes away from a metro station.

We have no complaints.

A great location just a 10 minute walk from the port and close to the Spanish Quarter and lots of bars and restaurants. The room was a little on the small side but more than adequate for a short stay. Very clean and modern with everything you need and the staff were very accommodating. Refreshments were available for guests use in the reception area. I would recommend this property for a short stay in Naples and it does represent good value for money.

If you have a choice of booking the hotel with or without breakfast then I would recommend booking without. Breakfast is taken in the bar next door but is not value for money. You receive a voucher giving you a hot drink, a small glass of fruit juice and a pastry. You would be better having breakfast in one of the many bars/cafes available in the vicinity.

Location was great. Close enough to the ferries, and also easy access to the airport. The taxi service to the airport was prompt. Very clean room. Also located in a business district. We had an unusual schedule, and the owners/managers were good with communicating with us.

Didn't stay there long. The ferry we had planned to take was full, and we had to take one to an alternate port. As a result, we checked in late. So didn't get to do much except sleep and bathe.

Located on the 5th floor of a lovely old building. Great safe location close to the port & only 15 minute walk to the historic centre. A spacious split level family room which was immaculately clean and the staff were very responsive and helpful. They kindly arranged a very economical private transfer to the airport for our departure.

You could hear a little noise from the neighbouring rooms. There is a lift but it is small & only takes 2 people at a time. The rooms have beautiful small balconies however ours had a large crack on the floor which made us nervous at sitting out on it.

What a find! Wonderful staff, seamless check in and response, plus a well appointed family room and we'll stocked amenities. Gave us a calming refuge in the middle of a boiling hot and bustling Naples. Got a great recommendation for a fave Neapolitan pizza place that the crowds didn't know about!

Aircon made odd noises at odd moments. The door let a lot of light into the room. Still, we had a great experience and wished we could have stayed longer.

The property was in a fantastic location. It was no more than 15 minutes walking distance to the historical centre, Spanish quarter and the port. The hotel was also very aesthetically pleasing and very clean. It is also surrounded by really good cafes and restaurants.

There isn’t anything I disliked.

Staff, location all great. We were in Room 25 which us just off the main entrance. Off course staff needed to start cleaning around 8am. We heard it all. Also 10/11pm other residents making tea/coffee and playing music disturbed us. But look great staff, geat location. I would stay again. Also the coffee shop right below was brilliant.

The hotel is brand new and modern; the room was exceptionally clean! Located near the port of Naples and not far from the city center, the hotel has an excellent location. Toledo St. is about a 10-minute walk away. With a charming urban view, the hotel is located on the fifth floor.

very clean and tidy. it provided everything you needed for a stay including nice clean towels for the bathroom daily. tea facilities not in the room but In a communal area directly outside. staff where lovely and helped with any queries.

on the fifth floor which wasn’t mentioned on the property information, and occasionally the lift didn’t work which if the lift is nessessary for you then this would not be suitable. be expecting to hear the buzz of the city as it is quite busy and loud 24/7.
