Very quiet. Big room. Only stayed for one night and it served our purpose. Safe neighborhood. The concierge, a woman who was very helpful, arranged a taxi for us for 4:30 a.m. in the morning. Taxi showed up on schedule. Taxi driver charged us a few euros over the amount that they told the hotel it would cost. I paid it, as I didn't want to quibble over a few euros. Happens more in Italy than other places that I have been to.

TV wasn't working. No one is on site in the evenings, so I was stuck with no television. Place was hard to find. Got lost in Naples walking around and my google locator kept taking me to an alley. I kept putting in the address of the hotel that popped up on Booking.com site and the locator on my iPhone kept taking me to the same alley. Don't know if the address is listed incorrectly, but there was another street with the exact same name about a mile away from the hotel. Finally, had to backtrack by remembering different monuments and plazas to find our way back. We should have just explored the area around the hotel, rather than wander too far afield. Only there for one night to catch a flight out of Naples.

The guesthouse exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and modern, but in a grand building that was very central and easy to get to. The breakfast was great (and offered more than most Italian breakfasts). The host took care of any needs we had--even before we arrived (reservations, recommendations, etc.). Definitely follow the recommendations for food (they are great). Thank you so much for a wonderful stay--we will come back here if we return to Naples!

Literally nothing.

We are a family of five and reserved the Family Apartment. Perfect location, super central and you don’t feel unsafe. Beautiful amenities and amazing breakfast. Very friendly and accessible staff. I absolutely recommend staying in Nap Luxury Guest House. P.S.: if you insert the address in google maps it will lead you to the back of the building. Just walk around to the main piazza and you’ll find the place :) I also recommend dinner at the tiny streets of Chiaia area.

Good location 5 mins by taxi to Guest house from train station, 15mins to Airport via taxi. There are three rooms at this property, 1 family suite and two king deluxe rooms. My husband and I stayed for one night in the king deluxe room which had a small terrace area, room was spacious and clean. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating, booked us a taxi to airport on our request, set price of 21 Euros

Location was very central. Rooms were gorgeous and spacious, bathrooms were large and luxurious and fully equipoed. Staff were lovely and very helpful!

We arrived late at night as flight was delayed. From the outside it’s really hard to find as it’s just a big door to an apartment block and we didn’t realise that’s where it was.

Nicolò is an exceptional host! The place was spotless, centrally located, and perfect for exploring Napoli. Nicolò’s warmth and helpfulness made us feel so welcome, offering great local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here!

The breakfast was delicious! Nicolo was absolutely incredible. We had no power for a number of hours during our 1 night stay and Nicolo came in at night to check on things until they got a generator hooked up. He was so friendly and helpful!

The guest house far exceeded our expectations. It was the nicest place we stayed on our holiday. Nicolas was incredibly welcoming and gave excellent recommendations. Great central location.

Beautiful Guest House! Could not recommend enough. It is definitely Luxury, with bathrobes, slippers, the rooms were modern, everything was very clean. Breakfast was lovely. Water was available in our room. The staff was extremely helpful, offered recommendations and answered any questions. Very well located, beside the subway and beside the port, lots of lovely restaurants around about. We will be staying here if we ever find ourselves back in Naples

Our group needed to leave early in the morning so we did not get to experience the usual breakfast but the chef came in at dawn to make us cappuccinos and croissants!

We could have used more instruction on how to enter the building, clarification on which elevator to take.
