Fantastic location, generally very clean, no bar or restaurant but a fine selection of cafes in the square. The square has a vibrant nightlife but once you shut your windows you can’t hear it. Very central location in the historic old city, with most historical sites within 30 minute walk. All communication with owners/staff was easy and smooth.

There was a patch of mild in the corner of the shower, that was the only issue I had and the only reason I marked down on the score. Otherwise this would’ve 10 across the board

The location was is one of the strongest points of this accomodation. So close to the Dante metro and Garibaldi train station and to all the tavernas and bars, but also to the main attractions of Naples. Another strong point is the view from Room 1 on mount Vesuvius.

There really weren't any bad aspects related to the accomodation. Just 2 things to be aware of in case you are maybe a light sleeper. In Room 1, the toilet makes some loud noises after you flush and the walls are quite thin. However, the windows are exceptional at isolating from the noises outside.

We loved staying at Bellini View! Everything was just great, the location was awesome as you go down to a busy area full of bars and restaurants which is what we wanted. The view of the mountain was absolute breathtaking as well.

The only problem about this property was the thin walls and how we could hear pretty much everything from the other rooms. Luckily our neighbours weren’t loud but we could still hear their regulars conversations.

The room has an amazing view of Vesuvius volcano. Very spacious room with high ceiling. The room was very clean and the bad was comfortable. The host was outstanding , who allowed us to extend our stay for few hours in the room for free. Great location, next to everywhere where we wanted to go. Good atmosphere in the Bellini Square below. Good temperature in the room , happy that it was not boiling hot.

soundproofing between rooms was poor.

The location is in a very vibrant part of Napoli with great views to the Piazza and Vesuvius. The room is comfy with a nice small balcony and huge tall ceilings. There’s also a very affordable mini bar if you get a craving for soft drink or a beer.

Unfortunately our room did seem to have a problem with ants which sadly got to some of our sweet foods we were hoping to bring back home. The downside to it location is that when the sun sets it becomes a very busy bar area with lots of noise and lots of people drinking on the streets. Thankfully the rooms are high up enough to escape the noise but is a little hectic outside and perhaps some may feel uncomfortable if busy bar area isn’t your thing.

Amazing location with a great view from the balcony. The host was more than helpful with giving recommendations within the city and organising a taxi to the airport. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We didn’t experience any issues with noise from the street despite the busy bar area below. Easy check-in. I would definitely recommend and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Naples.

The walls were quite thin meaning you could hear into other rooms. However, this was not a big issue and would not deter me from staying here again.

The location of Bellini View was absolutely INCREDIBLE! Right in the midst of all the action we walked everywhere and when we wanted to go further out the metro was just a stones throw away. Plenty of fabulous cafes, bars and restaurants it was a truly magical place. Our balcony overlooked the square which was bustling at night with live music - if you want an early night this might not be the place for you. In the distance the imposing shadow of Vesuvius looked on. Tony met us with a huge smile when we arrived very late in the evening. He made the start and duration of our trip excellent fun and provided plenty of wonderful suggestions for places to visit and eat/drink! We will be back as soon as we possibly can.

beautiful high beamed ceilings, with awesome view and opening doors over a piazza in central historic Napoli. 20 min walk to the port and ferries. Drinks in the fridge ( for small cost) nice touch. the self entry though a web page to unlock doors was novel and worked well - but a lot to learn in the moment of moving around between places. def absorb all the instructions. staff are online and helpful if get stuck

Bellini View is an absolutely amazing property, situated in the heart of the historic quarter. The view from the room is just amazing, you can see right over Naples and across the countryside. The decor is fantastic, beds were comfortable and extra pillows can be requested. The staff at Bellini view are fantastic and will go out of their way to ensure you have the best stay in Naples. Big should out Tara who was amazing at cleaning our rooms. he even folded our clothes and neatly put them away for us, fresh towels were provided daily.

My only criticism is the walls are super thin which means you can hear other guests talking, having a shower etc. However, I know due to the age of the property this cannot be helped(just an fyi). It would have been nice to have tea and sugar topped up daily and maybe milk provided in the room.

The location was perfect, exactly what we were expecting.

Unfortunately our neighbours on two evenings were very noisy, keeping us awake in the early hours. It would be a good idea to have signs to say be respectful towards others by keeping the noise at an acceptable level. The shower unit was broken so you could only use properly by holding it.
