Breakfast was very good. The waitres was very gentle and nice. You had enough variety of food, most of it was healthy. The hotel is in a very nice place, not close to down town, but just beside it is a free train that leads you down town in 10 minutes. It is much better to saty nos so close to down town for many reasons, but one of them is because you can stay far from all the noise and stress of Naples main down tow,

Well managed property with very helpful staff. The Antonio family was there to support us guide in the best possible way.

The aircon in the room should have been on given the increase in temperature during this time of the year

Overall very happy. Location was good - close to theme park and zoo for kids. The staff were all very courteous, helpful and polite. Room was spacious, large bathroom with wet room and shower. Comfy beds and mattresses.

To be honest there wasn’t much to dislike. The bathroom fittings were slightly loose. The TV would not connect to internet so the kids couldn’t watch. Otherwise no major concerns.

The breakfast was were good. The stuff were very nice and helpfull. The location was okay for travel with plenty of option to get to the city center and was a safe place of the city I recommend if you are looking for a safer place. Every day we got our room cleaned.

Our room faced the road and if was a little bit noisy in the night and in the day. The room is not very big and there is no hanger for the outside clothes in the entrence in the room.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful ! the zoo was right across the street which was nice but other than that there really isn’t anything worth seeing close by.

In general it has amazing location close to the city center and the metro. Would visit again, although they could maybe be more careful when cleaning, my pillows had red stains. Other than that great hotel fair price, lovely people

The only issue you have is that the streets never sleep! All night we heard traffic and people talking and yelling. Other than that fine for a short stay

Reception staff was helpful, the room was quiet and very clean. The breakfast selection was plenty. Very cool that the room had a hot tub.

The shower head sprayed water outside of the shower and wet a good portion onto the tile floor.

All was good, as I expected from this chain of hotels.

When you need to warm your breakfast in the microwave - well defo not a 4 star level.... Also the receptionist could have study English a bit more :)

I particularly liked the staff in the hotel (reception, breakfast, cleaning). They have always been helpful and answered my requests in a very friendly and professional manner.
