Very nice hotel, even if some things may seem strange. It's basically just like the city it's in, and that's why it's admirable. It has a pronounced vintage feel and is located 10 minutes from the trains that take you downtown. Adequate rooms with relatively comfortable beds. Parking space, chargeable and a bit tight. Friendly staff, but it's hard to understand each other because they only speak Italian. Breakfast - a typical Italian experience, but thanks to the lady. Anyway, the price-quality ratio is ok. Naples was an exceptional and unique experience for us.

Extremely small shower cabin. We don't aim for perfect cleanliness, but it seems that the previous clients wipes are too much. Breakfast too Italian - just sweet and coffee.

Everything was fine. Do not take this as a negative feedback - I just want to make future visitors aware that the train line that runs from Montesanto station (city center) and stops at Agnano station closes at around 21.40, so plan your train evening trips accordingly. With evening metro that arrives to a nearby metro station it might be different, I did not use this option so can't comment. Thank you, it is a good hotel. Breakfast is included.

I stayed 4 nights for my trip to Naples. My room was cleaned regularly every day, the sheets were clean, there was air conditioning in the room and it was working, the bathroom and toilet were clean, the breakfast was manageable. It is 8 km from the center, but you can go to Monte Santoya and the sea very easily by train and metro. The last return train is at 21:45 in the evening. If I come to Naples again, I plan to stay here.

Beautiful hotel with antique decor. The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included and I enjoyed it. It was a continental breakfast buffet with an excellent choice of breakfast options. The breakfast room had a restaurant feel to it. It was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great. You'll need to get the train, which is around 40 minutes from Centrale and is a 10 minute walk afterwards, but it is worth it. I really enjoyed my stay. I would most definitely stay there again, and I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very friendly staff, their family has owned the hotel for decades. They offer the possibility late check-in (I arrived close to midnight). They also helped solving a misunderstanding with the payment method. Location close to Cumana train station and bus stop, easy connection with the metro and the city center. Vintage layout and atmosphere. Very comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast!

Only minor details, e.g. the hair dryer was repaired with tape and there are very few power sockets: to charge my phone I had to disconnect the bedside lamp and there were no sockets for a laptop close to the desk

Room was bigger than I expected and got a room with a balcony. Staff didnt speak a lot of english, but knew everything needed and was helpful at all times. Decor was surprising at first,but it is cute and different and most of all works. For the area lighter sleepers should bring earplugs with them. Over all the entire city isnt very magical and that hotel felt very safe place to go and we were happy.

Water system bit noisy in bathroom,but I didnt go to ask about it either because we were using hotel only for sleeping.

Having breakfast included was very nice, very well served. Personel in hotel, all very kind and helpful in obtaining information. Near to a train station and to a metro station, for this last, one has to walk like 5-7 minutes.

30 minutes average, away from downtown and tourist zone, even if there´s transportation near, it gets some time to get to "the city" and tourists places.

Charming ! The kind of place I seek out. Authentic mood and a strong sense of place added interesting to our Napoli experience. Antique furniture. And a wonderful couple run it. Nice Italian breakfast, delicious cake. There's a comfortable salon area and very inexpensive drinks service- we ended our evening with an amaro in lovely crystal glasses. Atmospheric, warm, delightful.

It's not in the center, but we knew that. A tram is very close by, and the station has a coffee bar. Bath was a little run down but very clean, and for the excellent price it was absolutely fine. The bedside lamps were not quite bright enough for reading.

I was in Naples for the football. The location is fantastic and within easy walking distance to the stadium, around 15 minutes. Bars and restaurants are also around the hotel, and the train station only yards away with regular services to Napoli central.

Our room was a bit dinghy, tiles removed from the bathroom wall. I was only there for the location and a couple of nights.

Really, clean and old fashioned Italian beautiful style hotel . The staff is lovely and extremely accommodating. Definitely would recommend.
