All excellent. The young man who greeted us sent tons of recommendations and even offered to make dinner bookings for us. Try to get the gorgeous corner room with the bathtub, if you can. We loved the views and getting sun on the balconies during our afternoon siestas. The breakfast is very Italian (small and sweet) but a great version of it. Overall the room was exactly the spacious, airy retreat we needed after the craziness of the historic centre

It’s a bit dicey getting up in the tiny elevator. I am not a large person but it was definitely a squeeze with my husband + luggage.

In the end, we had a really unpleasant experience. Upon arrival, we were told we can leave our luggage in the hallway of their rooms and lock the door. They can always unlock the door from a distance. When we got back to pick up our luggage, no one answered, I called three different phone numbers, texted, and rang all the doors. I also wrote through a Booking app, where a man on the other side sent me a 100-word long insulting message and still didn’t open the door. Finally, when my husband went to another location (they have two locations) and rang the bell, we somehow managed to open the door. The first day the staff was very friendly, the second day the person on the other side was insulting, did not even introduce himself.

PROPERTY HAS AMAZING VIEWS AND BIG WINDOWS SO FROM THE BED YOU CAN SEE HISTORICAL BUILDINGS AND CHURCHES. ROOMS IS NICELY DECORATED AND BATHROOM HAS DIFFERENT LED LIGHTS SO IT IS VERY ROMANTIC AT NIGHT. NICE LOCATION CLOSE TO NAPLES HISTORICAL CENTRE AND GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY,

IT IS AIRBNB SO WITH ALL THESE PROPERTIES IN NAPLES THERE IS A HUGE COMMUNICATION PROBLEM. THE MASSIVE WOODEN DOOR DOWNSTAIRS TO ENTER INTO THE YARD OF APARTMENTS WAS CLOSED AND WE GOT TO ENTER RANDOMNLY BY A PERSON STAYING IN THE BUILDING, NO ONE SPEAKS WELL ENGLISH AND IT WAS HARD TO COMMUNICATE. WE LEFT OUR LUGAGGE THERE TO MOVE TO AMALFI AND FOR 2 DAYS AFTERWARDS WE COULD NOT REACH ANYONE TO TELL US WHAT TIME WE CAN GO BACK TO TAKE IT AND HOW WE WILL ENTER INTO THE HOTEL, SO WE FOUND IT RANDOMNLY. VERY STRESSFUL SITUATION. ALTHOUGH IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE A LUX HOTEL, IT DID NOT HAVE ANY SHOWER/SHAMPOO PRODUCTS, COFFEE MACHINE WAS BROKEN AND AGAIN NO ONE WAS AT THE PROPERTY TO ASSIST.

It was located in the historic Naples, they have two different buildings so it can be a bit tricky to find the building but the staff is amazing and they wait for you and escort you to the hotel. DANIELE was absolutely amazing, he even sent us recommendations for several places and told us about the neighborhood! Staff were kind enough to accommodate all our requests, the room was very nice with a cute little balcony giving us the classic Napoli experience!

The apartment was very close to the centre. When we checked in, Enrico was really helpful and gave us a few tips on where to go, we only had one full day in Napoli so it was good to know. Great recommendations, thanks Enrico! A colleague also recommended a locals bar which was very nice too. The room was spacious for the four of us. We also had a big bathroom. Lovely interiors.

The coffee machine did not work. We did not ask for a replacement but I am sure if we had asked, they would have been able to replace it.

Exceptional👍 Very spacious bedroom and bathroom. Clean as a whistle. Mini bar,snacks and coffee machine all in the room. Everything you could possibly ask for and more. 4th floor studio apartment like accommodation with lift in perfect working order. Safe and secure building. Couldn't fault.

It doesn't bother me personally but many buildings in Naples are not particularly attractive from the outside and look in desperate need of restoration. Please don't get the impression that the internal look is the same. IT'S NOT. You will be pleasantly surprised 👀🤗

The bed was very comfy and the room was a nice size. Location is also quite good- a 10 minute walk to the centre storico- and a lovely view of a church from the room we stayed in. Daniele was on hand to provide helpful info/ tips of where to eat, during our stay.

The glass wall from the bedroom to the shower cubicle was a little odd…..as well as this, and after having multiple freshly cooked/ served breakfasts on our trip around Italy, the breakfast offer here seems basic in comparison.

We had a wonderful stay, and Vittorio and Daniele were incredibly helpful and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. We visited during cooler days, but the room was perfectly cozy thanks to the air conditioning with heating and an additional heater in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated having several pillows to choose from. Highly recommended!

The room was fantastically decorated, really modern and fresh. We stayed in the room with the freestanding bath which was perfect and we had a lovely balcony. My favorite thing about the hotel was the folder they had in the room with all useful information about Naples - it had information on getting around using public transport and all opening/ closing, addresses of tourist attractions. They also had wrote ups on all the nearby places incase you wanted to visit. This was a really nice touch to the room and stay. The recommendations from the staff were also great.

It is advertised that breakfast is included, however, breakfast was using the expresso machine, a croissant in a packet and some Melba toast. Breakfast in the room is fine, but freshly delivered croissants and a wider variety of breakfast would have been better. If you are going to have breakfast in room should also have a kettle with a wider variety of coffee and tea options.

Very comfortable, we had a bath in our room which was a beautiful touch. Bathroom was very big with a double basin and extra large shower with lots of different settings. Bed and pillows were comfy, internet worked well, plenty of room for storing luggage and clothing. Room was very quiet, can't hear neighbours or people on the street, only some traffic noise but wasn't an issue at all for us. There is no reception/staff in the building, the apartments are on 1 floor of a multi-floor residential building, however staff were very responsive by whatsapp so we had no issues.

Breakfast was only small pieces of cake and orange juice, would have preferred no breakfast included and have gone out for food each day. The location was good, however a good 10 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Naples town, it's not right at the doorstep. Recommend NOT driving your own car in Naples as the roads are extremely dangerous and difficult to navigate if you are not European.
