The hotel is an old palace and the communal areas were beautifully decorated. The breakfast was excellent and I also had a lovely salad in the evening in the bar. The barmen on both nights were excellent and helped us choose a lovely local wine. The hotel was very conveniently situated and so we were easily able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. There was a lovely outlook from our room.

The rooms were a little tired, one chair was very badly stained and certain areas needed to be repainted. However, the room was spotlessly clean.

The location is good for getting to the airport and for getting around the historic old city. The staff were helpful and friendly but they could have led us to the room. The room was comfortable and clean. If you want to see the real Naples this is a good location to go to Spaccia Napoli and Via Tribunale. They are now walking areas, for the most part, so a very vibrant and fun area to take in the Naples vibe.

If your room faces the street, it is a major road so there is noise. Don't use the hotel ATM to change money! They charge a 12% conversion fee. That's about 2.5 times the rate at a bank ATM. Might want to have the staff lead you to your room the 1st time. Finally, there was a wedding and the sound does travel.

Luxury hotel in a great location! I'm totally satisfied with the room.

There was a night club kind of event in the patio of the hotel and the noise bothered me a little bit. After check in, it took about 2 hours until we finally got our suitcases. If we had known, we certainly brought them up to the room by ourselves. During waiting time, we called the receptionist multiple times but it didn't help.

The Palazzo is an oasis of comfort in an area of Naples that is still wonderfully gritty, noisy and Neapolitan, modern calm in the city of Elena Ferrente and Vitoria de Sica. Walking distance from the Anthropological Museum and restaurants, where tourists don’t go.

If you want the beach, touristy places and shops, this is not the neighborhood.

Everything was so perfect .. everyone was great and so helpful... Especially Carlo at the bar . He was so helpful in every aspect of my stay from taking care of us with food, drinks and things to see and do in town ....THANK YOU SO CARLO .... finding out it was a Hilton Hotel after booking explains why everyone and everything was great

Very central location within walking distance of the main attractions. we had a suite on two levels which was great for some privacy of our daughter. Bathroom was also large, luxurious and well equipped. Breakfast was also excellent with a great choice of items all fresh and served in their beautiful large courtyard . They also accommodated us for an extra night when our flight back home got cancelled.

although the room was on two levels the 2nd floor lacked storage space like a closet snd drawers as well as a mirror. Everything was on the 1st level which was a nuisance having to go downstairs every time to get clothes or use the mirror. items at breakfast ran out quickly and were not replenished fast, especially teaspoons

Location felt a little rough to start, but it was very good access to Napoli Centrale & Garibaldi train stations. Walking distance to the via Tribunali, which gave us our first true glimpse into the soul of an Italian city, with churches and restaurants galore. Had our best pizza of the trip in a shop called I Buongustai 5 minutes from the hotel.

Drinks from the bar/restaurant were quite expensive considering how affordable most food and drinks were in the area. Priced more like the restaurants and bars near the harbour.

We have stayed at this hotel before and wanted to return. It did not disappoint. The helpful reception staff kindly met our request for a room with an outside space (we had a balcony overlooking the street) and we got an early check-in which was very welcome after our early start and long train journey. It is easy to walk to the hotel from the station. The room was clean with good air conditioning. We can't comment on the breakfast as we did not have it. We will stay again next time we are in Napoli.

There was nothing we did not like.

The location of the hotel wasn't great. The area is a little dodgy. But once you enter the hotel, you forget about the neighborhood. The staff is welcoming and informative on places one can go to and how to get there. You can explore the historical center on foot and the central train station is a short walk away. There are some great eateries within 10-15 min walk of the Hotel.

Perhaps the hotel can rethink about the additional charges they levy for room service. Quite steep!

The room was wonderful. The bed was very very comfy! We had a view on the main street where you could hear cars honking once in a while. But thanks to an excellent soundproofing of the room, I slept through my night without being bothered. There seemed to have rooms directed toward the inside part of the hotel, so if you are a light sleeper, you might want to ask for one of those room instead. The hotel was well located on the northern edge of the touristic area and west of a 15min walk from the train station. The staff was kind and spoke English.
