Lovely small hotel in an excellent location a short walk into both the Spanish Quarter and the Centro Storico. Staff were friendly and helpful, providing free coffee and advice / tips. The room was comfortable. They were able to arrange a driver to take us to the airport at the end of our stay too, at reasonable cost. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing to be aware of is that the location is very noisy at night with traffic and sirens (I think it's near a hospital?). There are substantial shutters which block out a lot of the noise but it's still there through the night.

The location is very good. We could walk to most of what we wanted to see. Otherwise, the underground is 1 minute away and a ticket within Naples was €1.30. Lots of places to eat and drink within a few minutes walk. Our communication with the property was excellent. They organised a taxi and sent videos of how to access the property when arriving late.

There was renovation happening on the building which meant scaffolding right across our balcony. This meant the room was dark. Hopefully this will be gone soon.

The room was just as I expected it from the pictures online, the bed was very comfortable and everything was perfectly clean. Our host was in contact a few days beforehand with details of how to acces the building so we knew exactly what to do. When we left, he very kindly ordered a taxi for pick up later and arranged the price as well.

Unfortunately at the time we stayed, there was a scaffolding around the building which completely obscured any view from the balcony . Our host was frustrated by the fact it was still up after the work had finished but he was unable to get the authorities to take it down.

The staff were very helpful, and proactive in ensuring I knew how to get there and enter as I was arriving outside of reception hours. They were available to provide local knowledge and even helped me print off some of my travel itinerary without charge. The location was excellent, close to eateries, shops and public transport but to be honest, I like walking and everything I wanted was within walking distance. I had a great stay and would recommend this for anyone wanting to stay in Naples.

This is the kind of place you want to keep secret to yourself, but I won't give in to the temptation! First, the location is excellent--across from the subway, museums, and main streets, and eminently walkable to the main areas of old Naples too (even the port is not so far if you like walking). Guido was so very kind and helpful, and took excellent care of us during our stay--from getting us extra towels to recommending a driver! Even during a crazy October heat wave, the rooms were comfortable, quiet, clean, and large. Truly a traveler's delight!

The host Guido is organised and responsive. He has provided clear check-in instructions, and he even went the extra mile by creating a video guide for elevator access – a remarkable attention to detail Guido's timely assistance prevented us from missing our flight, as he efficiently arranged last-minute transportation to the airport, given the challenges of booking an Uber taxi. The property's location is incredibly convenient, merely a one-minute walk from the Dante subway station. The room itself is pristine, modern, and exceptionally comfortable. Additionally, there is convenient elevator access to the property, and a laundromat facility is just a short walk away

Nice and quiet room in one of the most central locations in Napoli. Beautiful historic building (and it’s suppose to be even more beautiful soon, after the outer renovation) We had a great experience and we truly recommend this B&B, especially if you’re coming to Napoli for a short visit, and you need to be close to everting. Guido was exactly the kind of hostess that you want and need at your stay, not too much, not too little;)

Don’t count on coffee on the balcony, it’s too small… But drink outside, you didn’t came to Napoli to seat in your room.

Dante Maison de Charme is in an excellent location, very near to Piazza Dante, the old town and Via Toledo. The room was clean, modern, spacious and had a wonderful walk in shower with plenty of toiletries. There was a fridge, coffee making facilities and an in-room safe. Guido and Bruno, our hosts, were friendly, very helpful and communication with us was excellent at all times. There was an excellent coffee shop just around the corner for breakfast and we took advantage of the provision of a private car to take us to the airport on our departure.

Location was extremely central and walking distance to most things. Nice sized room with good sized bathroom. There was a fridge in the room and tea making facilities.

We had problems with the plumbing, but this was resolved, however, had a cold shower as we had to get out for a trip by 7.45am. Nice room but a bit dark and no natural sunlight into the room due to the nature of the area with close buildings together.

Good location, self checkin was easy. Everything was clean and staff were friendly. I only saw staff once on during my stay (including reception) which could make things difficult if you want to rely on them to advise on things to do or book them for you. Wasn’t a problem for us though.

There was a fair amount of noise, both from the street and other guests. The other quests weren’t loud, I think the walls are just thin. Our room also had some sort of pump which would run every 30sec when using the shower, bathroom sink or toilet which was rather loud, and our room was close to reception so any conversations which were had there were audible in our room.
