This was a really great stay, the B&B is located in an actual 17-century palazzo (you can look it up in Wikipedia), so the Naples experience starts here. The location is very central and everything we wanted to see was within a walking distance, but it was also super quiet (facing inner yard). The room is a huge 2-storey suite, loads of space, decorated in the spirit of the overall building, cleaned every day. Huge thank you to Lena who made sure we had everything we needed.
Nothing really, as long as you read the description of the property and follow the self check in instructions, it will be fine.

Great location though a little difficult to find at first. The room was large and well-serviced. The staff was lovely.
I could not get my key to work in the outside door. Once it was locked for the evening I could not risk going out for fear of not being able to return to the room. That was a long hungry night. Also I knew I would have to pay 20cents for each ride in the lift - essential with baggage - but did not know whether that could be paid only in one 20 cent piece (yes) or also in two 10 cent pieces (no).

My friend and I booked this hotel as a last minute get-away in August and we were very pleasantly surprised. The property was very authentic, situated in the Old Town and accessed through large gate. We felt very safe and secure staying there. The room was very modern, clean and it had a beautiful bathroom. We didn’t realise we had to check-in online beforehand in order to access the property, but the family/staff who run the property were very patient and very helpful. Breakfast was lovely - unlimited fruit, coffee, pastries, toast, meat and cheese. Good value for money and very lucky we were able to get a room last minute! We would stay here again if we returned to the city. Only improvement/suggestion would be to offer some hot food for breakfast, as there was small functioning kitchen in the dining area.

Excellent location for visiting Spaccanapoli, San Severo, Archaeological Museum and Dante metro stop. Felt safe. Interesting, characterful building Clean, comfortable spacious room. Clean, modern bathroom ( problem with hot water dealt with quickly) Good choice at breakfast including eggs cooked to order
The Visikey entry system is not intuitive. We did not receive clear step by step instructions in advance on how to operate it. As we were arriving late decided not to risk being stuck outside and stayed our first night elsewhere. All was clear once Anna explained and demonstrated how to use it but it is fiddly. Room on 4th floor was cold at night ( December) The lift is pay as you go - be sure to have 20 cent coins

Fantastic location to explore the centre of the city. Our room was nice and spacious, great value for the price. although not as new as it was on the photos. The appartment is in the pallazzo, and is overlooking the inside courtyard which is better, because the streets are loud and hectic, here it's quite silent and you don't here the crowd of the city. Comfortable bed, great breakfast overlooking Piazza Dante, responsive and nice staff - they were helpfull with everything we asked. We had a both early flight when we came (before check in) and late flight (after check out) so both times they let us leave our luggage on the reception.

Location is central, safer than other busy areas (as anywhere you should be aware and purposefuly going around). Dante metro station right across the building. Bus stop infront. 20 mins walk to the royal palace and the sea side buzzing with tourists all the way. Below there are restuarants, pharmacy and some clothing and souvenier stores. Just acorss the building there is a narrow street filled with book sellers; nice and touristic. 10 mins walking to the archeological museum. The building was historical and very nice. The area is like a mini hotel. The accommodation area was generally clean & well organized and the room was very big, with a window over the piazza Dante. The building door is open until laround 10 (?) with a respectful gentleman at info desk. When you check-in, you get keys for the main building door, the main hotel doors and your room. I felt really safe. Would stay again there. Worth for the money. View from the room at morning was amazing with sunrise. Host was available on whatsapp at all times. Breakfast lady very respectful and nice and offered water & take away food while checking-out and had a train to another city, such a lovely gesture. Breakfast only starts at 8, got a voucher for a nice cafe down but it was not open at 7am which I needed, But the host provided toast and breakfast for me in the fridge every evening. I really respected that. Bathroom has hair drier. And toilet had WATER which was amazing. Would definitely stay there if in Napoli again.
The key hole for the room door was very annoying to be opened and closed, hope it will be fixed. The curtains hopefully will be fixed to better cover all window. But didn't disturb my stay. The first time I saw the main building door I was worried, it was very small inside a bigger gate. But the host was with me online and opened the door. Elevator needs 20 euro coin everytime you use. Windows were good in sound proofing but since the room was over the piazza it was noisy, expected for sure. The online keys didn't work. I couldn't open the doors with the online system by myself.

The.location is perfect at the.Piazza Dante. You have the beautiful Centro Storico in walking distance.and then you Via Toledo. leading to the Spanish Quarter. Great shopping, good food, lovely bars.
I didn't like the fully automated check in as overseas wi-fi is.not.always reliable. no o e.to ask any potential questions. Also a second chair in a room would be nice so actually.as a.couple you can share the table.

The location was fantastic - so close to the metro and close to all the local bars/ restaurants. The property is also very large and feels airy and spacious. The building it is in is also very beautiful.
Breakfast was not on daily - as a b&b where we have paid for breakfast we expected it to be on every morning however 2 out of our 5 days it was not available and the breakfast room was locked up. The property did give us a card to use at a local cafe downstairs however this was not ideal as it was only croissants available (b&b offers eggs/toast/ham/cheese/cereal/ yoghurts etc) when breakfast was not on we would have to take approx 120 stairs down to the cafe and then come back up to the room (the lift in the building needs 20cents to work and we did not really carry much money on us) the room had a kettle in but it was only herbal tea provided and no coffee.

Beautiful rooms, perfect location, and nice breakfast
The communication for entering the B&B wasn't that clear and straightforward and I struggled to find the location of the B&B.
