Location of hotel was amazing. We walked everywhere - to the station, to the port and all round the city. It is so close to some really nice restaurants and the Ciara Church which is worth a visit Breakfast was good - the coffee was the best and the waiter was very good being patient with our lack of Italian Our room was large and the bed very comfortable. Being February it was important to have heating which we could control and the room was lovely and warm. We could look out of our window on the street below which I loved. It was good to have a swimming pool

Some of the reception staff were a bit frosty We were informed that we could use the pool until 13.00 but by 8.30 they were conducting adult swimming lessons so it was too crowded to have a decent swim

The staff were absolutely amazing, the gentleman at reception took the time to go through all the local sites and male recommendations. The staff at reception were great throughout our stay. The location is perfect for a stay in Napoli, a 15-20 min walk from the main station and a short taxi ride to the airport. It's right in the centre of historic Naples, which means everything you want to see is walkable. It's almost on Spaccanapoli and is a very short walk from Via San Gregorio Armeno (Christmas Alley) The bed was very comfortable, the room was cleaned and towels changed daily. The shower was really powerful.

Breakfast was nice but a little basic. The room is showing signs of wear, it could do with a deep clean and a bit of redecorating - the toilet was very close to the cabinet, as a tall person, there wasn't much room for my legs The only real downside is the noise. Our room looked out over the pool, this meant there was noise from around 7am, all the way through to 9:30/10pm - this wasn't a massive issue, but it's not a hotel if you like to sleep in on your holidays

The location, within the historic centre of Naples, was ideal for exploring the area, as well as being within easy walking distance of the port. The interior of the hotel is modern and feels quite new. The staff were very helpful, including on our arrival, when we were given a useful description of where to go, along with a marked-up map of the area. The bar/dining area is fairly small, but there was plenty of room and the staff in there were great. Our room (1 double bed & 1 single bed) was lovely - clean and modern.

As a city Napoli are captivating. The location of the hotel are perfect for walks and experience. No probs. moving around and though a "difficult to access parking"; all works problem-free if your gps are working properly. This is a modern high standard hotel, with lots of treats (pool,spa etc). A sence of luxary. We had a large balcony/terrace and a nice conseptual view of the city. A clear sence of presence. Staff are spotless, and general function without argument. highly rekommended

Basically nothing, but maybe pool opening hours? and perhaps a more than usual exciting access to the car park?

Probably the quietest room we ever had in a hotel!! (3rd floor). Excellent location right next to beautiful Santa chiara cathedral, eating places. Comfortable bed, powerful shower, very clean and good housekeeping staff. Reception very helpful, called taxi for us, and kept our luggage after checking out to enable us a few more hours sightseeing. The young man who checked us in was very nice and gave us good suggestions on restaurants and areas of interest to visit. City tour bus stop ( no 2) nearby in Piazza del Gesu, very worthwhile as includes 2 routes.

Light in centre of ceiling kept flashing on 2nd day, bit disturbing.

Not in any order but the location is just the best right next to main old town streets and ten mins wander to port. The staff were just lovely especially the breakfast guy and class instructor sorry no names and facilities. A cracking pool and good gym. Absolutely made our stay

Oh hard one. The planes go over loudly from 6 but that be same in whole of central area. Wi-Fi in room a bit on and off but hey another treat to be removed from phone.

The room was clean, spacious and well-equipped and decorated in a modern way. It had an unusual layout, with a mezzanine reading/quiet space level, that really worked. The staff - to a person - were genuinely friendly and helpful, whilst also being efficient. Whilst we didn't get a chance to use it, the hotel pool was a proper one, not a glorified big bath. Part of the reason we didn't get a chance to use it was due to the hotel being situated in the heart of the historic quarter, with a wide selection of eateries, bars and attractions within a minute's walk.

Whilst it wasn't a concern to us, some might expect a wider range of breakfast choice. There were, of course, cereals, plus ham, eggs, salad, bread and pastries and yoghurts, which covered our needs, but no cooked breakfast options.

I appreciated the small terrace area in my room which was a real bonus, I also appreciated the gym facilities, a full gym set up which I didn't expect. The location could not have been better, right in the centre, but tucked away enough such that you would never realize where you were..

, I arrived later and was not aware that there was no reception facility after 8 pm, not sure what would have happened had there been any delay in my travel and if I arrived after 8 pm. When i arrived just after 7pm the hotel was in complete darkness, this did not make it seem very welcoming after a hard trip

This was an except property in an exceptional location. Clean, comfy, friendly helpful staff. Let us leave our bags for the day, even.

I had to lower my rating for 2 points: 1 - Breakfast was poor. It’s supposed to end at 10:30, and we arrived at well before that at 9:50, but they were out of everything but pastries. They said it was not possible to boil more eggs, because would take 1 hour! We were a party of 7, and told them we were coming down; so it’s not like it was a surprise. And we got the dregs of some ham. 2 - It’s great the there’s a pool, but it’s almost always a lane swim or lessons. Family swim is only from 8 - 9:30pm….when you’re out to dinner, with not enough time to organise kids to get down there afterwards. No family swim in the morning, when one might actually use it. Having said that, we would go back; just not expecting breakfast or a swim.

Excellently located for exploring Naples, right in the middle of the historical centre. It’s lively at night though (every night) - which didn’t bother us, but might not be ideal if you’re a light sleeper. Lots of great places to eat and drink in the vicinity - we never had a problem finding somewhere for dinner. The swimming pool is also a real plus, and we both made use of it. Room was lovely and big (we had a double room with a terrace). We really enjoyed sitting out on the terrace in the mornings and evenings, and listening to the sounds of the city.

Breakfast wasn’t amazing, though perfectly adequate. We were a bit disappointed that there was nothing cooked on offer. But service was very friendly, and the coffee and fresh daily pastries were tasty. We ate so well the rest of the time that it didn’t feel that important in the end.
