This hotel is a hidden gem in the historic centre of Naples. Hidden behind a door on the busiest street in the old town, it offers a lovely setting (don't miss the rooftop - just a few steps away from the bustling street below). The staff were wonderfully friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was perfect for us. Our room was not particularly large but provided all the necessary amenities. Great location for visiting many tourist highlights on foot. This is Naples though, and if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing stay, it's not the right place. However, for history, vibrancy and the hustle and bustle of a dynamic city, you can't go wrong.

This hotel was incredible! It far exceeded my expectations. Even though it is super conveniently located, right on a main pedestrian road, the room was very quiet. My parents and I stayed in the double room, which was very spacious. One lofted bedroom and one bedroom with a bed on the main floor and an additional lofted bed. And three showers!! The room was very clean, well appointed, and the housekeeping staff did a great job. The front desk staff were amazing. They were so nice and helpful, we really enjoyed talking to them. Breakfast was the best we had in Italy, with kind staff who offered to make us cappuchinos, lattes, etc. We only stayed for two nights but really liked Naples and LOVED the hotel. If we had known, we would have stayed longer!! It was the best hotel we had out of four during our trip to Italy.

The staff and location were amazing! The property is a 17th century mansion that is currently being renovated and is gorgeous. Our room and several others were completely redone and beautiful. This was the most comfortable bed of all the beds we stayed in while touring Italy. The rooftop was so cool and we could see Capri in front, Mt Vesuvius to the left, and a castle to the right. I cannot stress enough how cool the location is and how welcoming and helpful the staff were!

The elevator was very fast but was slightly scary to me. It worked well and does seem well maintained, but that was the only thing was even remotely close to being disliked. Otherwise this was one of our favorite places to stay.

Couldn’t have been more central in the heart of the old town. Very comfortable beds linen and towels. We didn’t take breakfast but wonderful cafes very close by. Genaro at the desk was exceptionally helpful and the welcoming Prosecco on the roof with the views of Naples and Vesuvius an extra treat. Looking forward to a return visit 😃

The name plate of the hotel is very small and not easily seen. The hotel is also not visible from the street because it’s behind solid wooden doors which are shut most of the time. Being a pedestrian area only, wheeling large bags on the cobblestones for 130 meters is very difficult.

The hotel was very nice, clean, good breakfast. The rooms were large and beautiful. Location was right in the center of Naples.

Only complaint was finding the hotel. The car could only drop us off in a nearby square. We had to walk the rest of the way because it’s a pedestrian only street. Even with the short walk the hotel entrance is somewhat hidden so we had to ask a number of store owners if they knew where it was. Bring the hotels phone number with you in case you can’t find it. They will come find you.

This hotel is a real little gem. The staff are absolutely fantastic. Really friendly, incredibly helpful and it gives the place real personality. It is in a lovely old building in the heart of the old town and very walkable to lots of the key attractions. We were travelling with our teenage kids and the room was a great size with a gallery bedroom with two single beds for them and their own bathroom. Breakfast was good. Fantastic coffee. There is a lovely roof garden with views over the whole of Naples where you can sit and have a drink.

This is a great place to stay in Naples - it is in the heart of the old city and is a very quiet and safe location. The parking is nearby and pretty convenient to the hotel. Very comfortable and clean - with a lovely rooftop deck. The people made the difference - very pleasant and accommodating and they cared that you were comfortable and weren’t in need of anything. The pictures are of the rooftop view of the harbor and the courtyard of the hotel approach.

Not really a problem - finding the hotel at first was a bit of a challenge! It is tucked away with a tiny little sign that is easy to miss.

This was a quaint hotel in a good, clean, location, but very quiet at the same time. I liked that the room had an upstairs with 2 single beds, so my teenage son could have his own space. It was very clean, great helpful staff and good breakfast. Staff helped with luggage and also had a lift. They also gave some good suggestions and map. Had a lovely roof top for a quite drink. Perfect for a 1 night stay prior to heading home.

the room was quirky but very large for 2 people. the staff were excellent and very helpful. the location was ideal fro exploring. metro 7 minutes away but you can walk to almost anywhere in the centre. there were restaurants and cafes galore. the street where the hotel is located is very lively but once you close the door to the hotel, the hotel was quiet.

The signage for the hotel could be more prominent. when you arrive late at night, it is not so easy to see. While the rooms were very comfortable, the mattresses were extremely hard.

Location is great, staff very friendly, Camilla was very helpful with info on things to do and see. Gennaro from front desk friendly and funny especially with the Italian/irish accent. Hotel has a great roof terrace, loads of space, very relaxing up there at night. From the street you enter through huge gates into a courtyard and it's very impressive. Reception on 2nd floor. Old building, very modern inside. We had a suite that sleeps 6, small sitting room with stairs to one bedroom, main bedroom has large double bed and a staircase to 3rd bedroom. 3 en suite bathrooms. Once inside hotel it's very quiet, good breakfast.
