Welcoming hotel, main door off the Main Street which I liked! Very clean and well done out. Breakfast was fine, simple but good choice. Great location for pizzerias, restaurants, cafes, the street with all the nativities and shops, and not far from all the main things to do! We did everything on foot, walked loads but doable! Got a taxi to the hotel from the airport as we arrived late, on return we walked from the hotel to the train station to catch the alibus to the airport, completely doable but obviously rougher than the main area ( like most cities) so wouldn’t do at night. Had a great stay, thanks Napoli, we will be back!

The weekends can be noisy outside on a night, weekday were quiet though.

Bathroom could be updated ( shower is very small) But scrupulously clean

Great location in the heart of the historic centre, i added a photo so you can see the sign on the wall as it was hard to find. Staff were lovely and very helpful. I could keep my suitcase there whilst I explored after checkout..

I didn't have any toilet paper in the room and I arrived too late at night to ask! I got a single bed but paid a double bed price.

-Decent size room -Big, comfortable bed -Location is good, in the historic center and close to the Dante metro station -Mini fridge, AC, TV in the room -Room was clean with all the necessary amenities -Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, they let us leave the luggage at the hotel so we could enjoy the sights after check out -Old building with elevator, very good for people with heavy luggage -Room was towards the very busy street outside, which meant a very nice view and also a lot of noise at night -24/7 reception service -Good value for money

-Breakfast was pretty basic and not that many choices, but the coffee was excellent -Shower cabin in the bathroom is very small

every morning for breakfast, the girl who worked in the dining room made me just amazingly delicious coffee, the best in Naples. we did not have time to enter, and she was already bringing me a cup of coffee

Reception staff could have been a little nicer

In 3 days they cleaned the room twice, the reception was open 24h, the location was fantastic. I also liked the classic stile of the hotel, more than a modern style.

Breakfast, especially when you are at Naples, always seems lower than baked goods & coffee offered outside the hotel. (Also when I opened the croissant storage, some tiny flies came out flying so I didn't eat that, but I guess it was accidental and not due to conditions - hotel is very clean.)
