Very good location, close to the port and also the underground. Breakfast is in a small cafe in the piazza, just a simple croissant or slice of pizza with a coffee and juice if you like. Rooms were very clean, apartment felt very safe and the communication was good from Giada and Jessica. All in all, an excellent simple place to stay - would come here again if ever in Napoli. If coming from the airport you can catch the Alibus to Porta di Massa/Immacolatella - you get off at a roundabout just in the port precinct and its a short 3 min walk up the street to Piazza Bovio. Buses are every 15 min.

the most brilliant thing was the house keeping. the room was always clean and organized the locating next to the metro station and not far from the port and the old towns alibis (airport bus ) 2nd drop off

not all the items mentioned to be available in the room is available like iron , and when I asked. they refused to bring me one. it’s so hard to find the hotel. no sing with the hotel name at all the breakfast with a joke, in a cafe next to the hotel , the cafe is running by 3 rude girls , so bad coffee quality

I have to thank a lot the hotel for arranging me the room with an amazing view of the city centre seeing the great view of the city with the fortress on the hilltop. I, with no doubt, highly recommand this hotel to people going to travel to Naples for the following reasons: - 1. Superb location - just a 1-2 minute walk from the closest metro station - Università Station. It is within walkable distance from the central train station, airport bus stop and ferry pier to Capri as well. 2. Safety and security - I feel safe over my whole stay in Naples staying at Maison Arena Bovio even mostly I went back to hotel in the midnight. 3. Nice breakfast option - the hotel staff just passed me the breakfast vouchers for having breakfast at a nice cozy cafe right next to the property. You can have a drink plus a croissant / bread there. 4. Great room - The room is spacious and clean with a big window overlooking the city. Plus the hotel is on the top level of a historical building in the city centre of Naples 5. Friendly hotel staff - respond to any question very quickly 6. Great value, very high CP Value

Possibly should have a signage at the entrance of the building. Nothing I really dislike about this hotel.

We stayed here one night in September 2023. The night before we arrived, the property messaged us regarding our arrival. We arrived walking from Molo Beverello - took 7 minutes. Met the lovely Jessica, who welcomed us and gave us all the information we needed. She also booked a flat-rate taxi to the airport for us (it was on time and the driver was very professional). Room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and views amazing. Location was perfect - 15-20 minute walk to the Centro Storico, close to airport by taxi (19 minutes). Breakfast was very Italian - coffee with a pastry, and served in a cafe a few doors down. AC worked fine for us. This was a great, affordable choice for a one-night stay but I can also recommend it for a longer time if you are looking to save money.

Cannot really complain about anything but the fridge made a lot of noise. We ended up unplugging it so we could sleep. Also, management should put a little shelf in the shower for the toiletries.

Our host, Marica, was super friendly, texted me the day before and again when my plane was supposed to land in Naples. She waited for us outside of the property to arrive and explained everything, made some recommendations on what to do the next day if we had the time. We stayed before at a place on the same square and the location is amazing - around 10min on foot from the port and a good distance for a walk to the main shopping streets and the promenade.

Communication before we arrived at the property, via Booking chat, was a bit frustrating. I was asking questions and either received a "call the property" answer or no answer to my actual question at all. Besides that, when we arrived, everything was more than ok and we loved our host. Unfortunately, mattresses were too firm and thus quite uncomfortable, however, we stayed for a night only so it was ok.

Marica was a really nice host. She helped with directions, and waited for us at the entrance of the venue. She also gave us all sorts of interesting informations about Naples & surroundings. The room was spacious, with AC & everything. The breakfast point is outside the venue, a small caffe with good coffee and delicious pastries. The location was really close to the metro & bus stations, as well as to the train station. There are main attractions nearby, such as Castle Nuovo and dell'Ovo, the maritime port, funiculars & others. You also have some supermarkets near.

More of a culture shock, really, the flush button above the toilet that you had to push for a few times. Also, there was a certain smell coming from the toilet window. Other than that, everything was alright.

This is our second stay. The property is super central. Very handy for the cruise port or as a base to explore. Right next to a metro stop and a few minutes to the shopping district and the Spanish quarter . The best thing that makes up for any shortcomings is the host Marcia. She cannot be more helpful and does an amazing job

A bit of a faff to get into to when you arrive and would out some people of. It’s on the fifth floor and the lift is temperamental at time

Location was excellent. Breakfast was satisfactory. Staff were great. Very helpful and always available, although not on site.

The accommodation is in an office building, so it is hard to find. The photos online show the bank across the road, not the actual building. Fortunately, the lovely staff met me across the road when I couldn't find the actual location. The building is an office building, so it is deserted at night, which might be unsettling for women traveling on their own. I would have liked there to be a desk in the room – the room was spacious enough to fit one. Tea and coffee supplies were minimal and not replaced on the second day. Milk in the fridge would be a good addition and perhaps a complimentary bottle or two of water. Bed was very firm which suited me, but not all guests will like it.

Nice BnB in the Naples city center. 30 meters to Universita metro station, Location is very comfortable. Everything is in 5-10 minutes walking distance - Spaccanapoli str, Castel Nuovo, etc. Nice view from the window in my room. Spacious room, nice and welcoming host. Breakfast in cafe in 20 meters from the building.

As it was mentioned in other reviews, there is a strong canalization smell in the bathroom, but this is problem caused by a building, not a host.

Giuseppe was our driver and he assisted us while we were in Naples.
