This is a nice and efficient room that worked decently well for our family of four. A small basic breakfast of pre-packaged food was provided. I appreciated the bunk beds for the kids. There were clear check-in instructions for our after-hours check-in.

I would have liked to have a door to the bathroom, as there were only curtains to close for privacy. It should also be noted that there is noise from the subway, which must run directly below the building. The noise is loud enough to potentially bother guests. I heard the subway consistently through the night. I had some difficulty paying the tax for the property, which I believe I paid twice in the end. There weren't clear instructions on the expectations and the procedure for paying while I was still at the property.

Nice and clean apartment on a top location in the city center, but still quiet enough for a peaceful sleep. Excellent (last minute booking) communication with the owner who recommended us a nearby garage. Still, be aware that you must be a VERY experienced and determined driver to get to the garage :)

Breakfast is just biscuits and coffee. Only 1 bottle ( 2 L ) provided for 5 days stay and we our 3 , no refill same with juice , it’s ok for the milk because we didn’t use much of it

It’s such a hidden Gem, done to a very high standard! Also, a just a 30 second walk to the funicular up to Castel Sant’Elmo and the most spectacular views. Very near all the local markets & shops.

Breakfast was really just packets of biscuits & muffins & spreads, nothing fresh so we did have to go out to eat. BUT the coffee machine was amazing!

Lovely spacious apartment. Good location. Minutes from Via Toledo and Port d alba the other direction.

Minor issue. Pillows a bit hard but could be perfect for others taste. Maybe one English speaking news channel would be good given there are so many channels on the TV. Again a minor issue.

First of all perfect communication with the owner. You have all kinds of sweet breakfast in the room, also milk, juice, water and a good amount of coffee! Everything was spotless. Also the location is very convenient, good restaurants near the apartement. Recommend!! Thank you for the amazing stay.

We stayed in a room with a small window, I believe with balcony more air could come in. But we sorted out by opening the door, so not a big deal. There is also A/C unit but we wanted fresh air.

It was one of the nicest B&B I stayed in. It was right in the center of Naples, near the Dante metro station and Funiculare station. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Also the host Massimo is very kind and helpful, I ended up staying 2 nights instead of one. Also, I really recommand the Suite House :-)
