We had booked another place long time ago but when we arrived we had to change our accommodation as the place was not good. As we had very limited options to find an alternative we saw this hotel and booked immediately. Given the situation we were not expecting much but actually we were pleasantly surprised but the service, the clean air conditioned room and the general concept. Apparently many young people across the world stay at this hotel as it also offers hostel facilities. We booked private hotel room which was great and the location is just perfect!

the location of the hotel was very good, central located. we didn't have breakfast, but snacks and drinks/coffee were available during the day which was a really good service. also the sparkling water was for free. the hotel room size was ok and also everything available what is needed. the hotel overall is very smart and has room access with smartphone app.

in general everything was fine. expect the price, the hotel was a little bit overpriced.

The location was very good, a 2 minutes walk to the metro, port and close to major attractions. Hotel also had a hostel with a bar and courtyard on the lower floors with a nice relaxed vibe.

The mattress was a bit worn out on one side but not too uncomfortable. Noise from the city, but nowhere in the central Naples is quite.

Breakfast, good location, excellent reception staff upon checkin.

We were not aware it was a hostel atmosphere and were quite surprised. We assumed it was a typical hotel. More info on the booking. com website would have been appreciated.

The location was wonderful; very conveniently located. Close to all shopping, historic sights, dining and cultural events. The room was immaculately clean and the staff are very accommodating and friendly. Each morning the outdoor CP breakfast was served by staff with a smile on their face. The breads and pastries were delicious, the orange juice always freshly squeezed, and the American coffee, without which I cannot start my day, was the best I had in Italy! Accommodation was very clean, right in the city center near the Shopping Arcade. The room was very clean, spacious and bed was comfortable. The room had a safe, fridge and hairdryer. Breakfast was not served and I missed smaller equipment in The room as plates or spoons. Possible to buy in The Carrefour. The cleaning was excelent, the bed was always well cleaned and made. The equipment of The room was like a hotel with cosmetics, clean towels and air conditioning.

Water flowed our of The shower and as there was a toilet next to it, it was wet underfoot.

Excellent staff, Francesco was extremely friendly. The property is a hostel, and has some of the best facilities I've seen. Excellent bar, popular among locals; excellent kitchen, super clean and includes pasta and vegetables!

The room was super clean. Probably the cleanest of any place I have stayed in. The room cleaning service was also the best I have experienced. The shower was also amazing with a lot of water output and high pressure. The location was right in the middle with walking distance to everything. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and would definitely come back.

The elevator was a bit sketchy, but that seems to be my experience for most old European buildings.

Everything was great! Very central location, clean and comfortable room! All the staff are super super friendly, especially Francesco. Highly recommend to everyone!!!
