We reserved this room last minute so that we would be in Naples for a morning flight. Turned out this micro hotel is located in a large condo building and occupies a few of the floors. We were on a newly renovated floor. The room was huge and well appointed. Gorgeous bath. Small deck with just enough room for a tiny table/2 chairs. And ours had a VIEW! An electric kettle was a nice touch. Breakfast was very nice, everything you might need. Located 2 blocks from a main shopping street. There were two elevators.

Located in an area more residential than tourist, making the streets around it quite in the evenings.

Super super clean. Great water pressure so the shower was great especially with the high temps. Security great when entering building. All the staff were lovely & really helpful. If only I find it what brand of coffee they use because it was delicious and loved staying my morning with coffee. And the nice touch of some chairs on the balcony was so nice to sit and watch the world go by in the afternoon when e needed a nap.

The mattresses were hard as nails so unfortunately didn't get great sleep. Whilst you could hear everything going on outside at night because the windows didn't keep the noise out, this didn't bother me as much.

Great Location, so easy to get to from Airport or Train and very close to the centre of Naples. Clean, cleaning crew came in everyday and they did a brilliant job. It was spotless, I was very impressed with the cleaniness of the Hotel Breakfast was easy and had plenty to pick from All the staff were very friendly and helpful if you needed anything

Some of the bathroom could do with moderising There was no card to work the door so had to use a buzzer and the reception person let you in, was fine when coming in there was someone always there. The only complient was it was loud for those already in the hotel and woke me up a few times, but this is a minor complient

The hotel was in a good location. There was,a fridge and a safe. Friendly staff.

We did not have great expectations of this hotel as we had tried to find it on google earth and it did not have much of a street presence. However, it was really very good value, with very friendly and helpful staff, clean, comfortable, good bathroom, good in room facilities and good security. Thoroughly recommend staying here. It was close enough to the ferry terminal (we had come from Sorrento) to be able to walk to the hotel, pulling our suitcases along, even though we are both 60+. Plenty of restaurants nearby, hop on hop off bus within walking distance. We had a great stay in Naples and in this hotel.

Absolutely nothing

Really was an amazing stay - our room looked like it had been completely remodeled within the past year, maybe even the last 6 months. Everything was clean and undamaged, the beds were comfortable, and we had a great view of the castle on the water. The WiFi was reliable and quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast included both regular Italian items plus a few hot options also.

Only one drawback was the location. The hotel really isn’t near any places of interest, and is nearby an extremely loud and uncontrolled intersection, so traffic noise is a bit much. if you’re getting off a ship it’s not too far of a walk, but from the central train station it is a 35-45 walk across a lot of fairly sketchy areas. If you do get to Naples by train, the best way to get to the hotel is cross the street to the Garibaldi metro station and take Line 1 to the Municipio stop; the property is literally a 3-4 minute walk from there.

Decent location near to port and 15 minute walk from historic quarter. Room was lovely - lots of light, comfy bed and great bathroom with walk in shower. Super friendly helpful staff

The layout is a bit unorthodox as the hotel is in an office building. So you have to go out and up to get to each floor. Felt the breakfast could have been a bit better - lots of pastries but fresh fruit would have been ideal and more savoury options. But otherwise a fab stay, thanks!

This is in a good place within the city and close to a metro station. We were a little worried about Naples but we felt very safe at this hotel. The hotel rooms are all on one floor and management oversee everyone coming in and out as there is only one entry. They also have around the clock management at the desk for extra security during the night. We were able to walk to all major sites and would highly recommend this place for those looking for location, safety and affordability.

You can go anywhere you want on foot, shopping street is a street away and metro station and boats are really close, just a five minute walk. Breakfast was okay, not much of variety but enough to enjoy a relatively great breakfast. Our room was fine, not very big nor tiny but the bed was very comfortable even though kind of small. Loved that the stuff was very helpful and would tell us whatever information we wanted.

Bigger bed or room.

- Perfect location - near port and bus stop from the Alibus airport (less than 10 minute walk). Also close to metro and tram line. - Lovely friendly staff - they allowed us to keep our luggage at hotel whilst we traveled the coast. All so friendly - 24 hour reception. - Comfortable beds and quiet room : - Would 100% stay again if in Naples :)

Nothing - rooms aren’t too fancy but no complaints.
