Mr Fabio is a wonderful host and immediately makes you feel at home. He greeted me at the door and carried my suitcases to the hotel and wouldn't let me help. He's a true gentleman and the kindest soul you will meet. He went into great detail about where to go and what to try and went so much as to draw me an itinerary for my day. My bedroom was lovely and decorated very tastefully. The bed was comfortable and the linen incredibly soft. The Ac worked very well, and I had a safe and a fridge in my room with complimentary drinks and water. The day of my departure I needed to leave before breakfast at 7.30, Fabio ensured my taxi was arranged in advance and went so far as to prepare me a special personalized breakfast with delicious treats and coffee for me to have. It was such a kind gesture and a testament to the incredible hospitality he has shown me. I will forever be grateful and highly recommend staying here. Furthermore the location is ideal for anyone wishing to be in the heart of Naples old town. All the iconic sites are within a couple to a few min away by foot, including the Duomo. For the level of service, comfort, cleansiness, style and location of his hotel, I'd give.him a 4 on 4 star rating if I could.

For those that can't take stairs for health reasons be mindful there are no elevators. But otherwise very feasible.

Beautifully appointed rooms and dining area. They think of everything! Wonderful staff!

The three story walk up was difficult, but we were helped up with our bags which was unexpected and so kind.

The room was nice and clean, I liked that we could go to the kitchen and make a cup of tea or coffee at night. An Italian breakfast was served every morning, in the hot dinning room, they had air conditioner but it was only put on once in the 5 days we were there, that week there was a heatwave in Naples.🥵July.🥵 Air conditioner in our room, was good. The b/b is in a great location, great little piazza, and a fantastic restaurant at your door. We walked all over Naples, Spanish quarter/ Spaccanapoli, via Toledo, really enjoying the culture/ people/ and the most amazing food!!! Fabio was amazing! And very good at his job, he organised taxis and will organise anything for you.

The other person working was rude from day one, and doesn't interact well with guests. Three flights of stairs, so if you have mobility issues, maybe not the place for you.

Fabio greeted us and even carried our luggage up all the stairs. It is an old building with no lift so it is a climb. The room was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished with a really comfortable bed. There was a huge choice for breakfast, all very tasty. Fabio was so helpful with information about things to do and places to eat it was a shame we were only in Naples for one night.

Being in the old historical part of Naples, whilst close to the Duomo etc it can be noisy and is very busy. But of course that was our choice! Having said that the accommodation was an oasis of calm!

The place is very central in Naples. You can easily go by walking to the main attractions. We are very thankful for the detailed information provided by the host! He is very nice and recommended us the best places to visit which we have reached on the same day 😊. The room was in perfect condition, very clean and the bed very comfortable!. The breakfast was really delicious. They had every morning some traditional patisserie from Naples wish we really enjoyed 😊. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family ❤️

Great location, comfortable room. We are a family of 4 and plenty of room for us all. Lovely and clean, comfortable beds. Very helpful staff- our flight was very delayed and they waited for us until very late which was much appreciated. Breakfast was delicious, especially the coffee. Taxi was organised on departure which was very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. (There’s also a restaurant in the square just outside which does lovely pizza!)

There are a lot of stairs- but we didn’t find them a problem and staff were very helpful with luggage. Just something to be aware of.

Fabio's hospitality is second to none. He greeted us and helped carry our bags up the 3 flights of stairs. Fabio took his time explaining the property amenities and showing us the local Napoli sites on a map, including where to find the best pizza! Each morning he provides a breakfast with pastries, toast, fruit, salami and cheeses and cereal, as well as freshly brewed coffee. The room we stayed in was large and very comfortable. Location was excellent, right in the centre of the historic town, within a 5-minute walk to the Duomo and plenty of restaurants. The area is safe and vibrant, thank you for a wonderful stay!

It's a 3 flight walk-up with no lift

This property is right in the heart of Naples. We only stayed one night but Fabio met us on arrival and he was a great host, going over and above what we expected to make sure we got the most out of our short stay. The room is very spacious with great facilities and the continental breakfast was also really good. The property is so close to everything you need to see in Naples.

There was nothing really not to like but it’s important to say it’s up 4 flights of stairs and no lift. However I do think it’s worth it because you can really feel the hosts are dedicated to making your stay as comfortable as possible, to the extent that they even offered to carry our luggage up on arrival.

The property was perfect, was as shown in pictures, everything was really clean and the staff was friendly, the room was comfortable and the bathroom really big and comfortable as well, the location is perfect just in the historic center or Naples.

Only thing to consider is it doesnt have elevator, the stairs are not friendly, I traveled with 3 carry on and 4 backpack, and 1 stroller for my 2 years daughter. Taking all those things was hard BUT totally worth the effort when you get to the room, I definitely will stay here again

The room was very big, comfortable and clean. Great bathroom facilities, aircon and a very comfy bed. Very good sound proofing from the noise outside. Breakfast was simple but very nice. Fabio who manages the accommodation was fantastic and so helpful. Every place to stay needs a Fabio!

There are about 6 flights of steep stairs up to the apartment. No lift. It is situated in the old town of Naples which is a bit 'edgey' but very close to restaurants, cafes, metro and shops. We always felt safe but were not out late a night.
