She was kind with us. The breakfast was good for three days.

I am not satisfied with the cleaning. Generally the room was very clean (floor, bathroom etc), but the sheets of the bed were not clean at all. They looked clean but they were full of dust. When I moved them, the dust threw all over the room and I'm allergic to it so you can understand.. I'm sorry for this because generally I'm too satisfied for the quality of the room.

Excellent room, air conditioning, comfy bed, a fridge... what else? Also the hosts brought biscuits, cakes and thingies for breakfast.

Everything ok. The building does not look very good from the outside, but there is nothing the owners can do; this is normal in the old part of Naples. The inside of the room is completely renovated, brand new.

The room was lovely, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. The facilities were great, and the breakfast supplied was more than enough for the two days we were staying. The Location is perfect for getting around the city-only a ten minute walk to the station. Most of all Vania was fantastic-so attentive, there was no issue when we were delayed and arrived at 1 am, we were welcomed with a smile, she was also happy to help when I sent her questions about taxis, and also offered for us to leave our baggage after we had checked out.

Great location for those travelling via Naples train station - about a 10 minute walk. We visited Pompeii whilst staying which felt very easy. Big, big thank you to the host, Vania, who went above and beyond; we needed to re-access room after check out at 4:30am for medication we had left behind & she was more than happy to help. Thank you again!!

The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The room was nice and clean. It seemed like it was renovated quite recently. Bed was comfortable enough. The windows blocked out quite a bit of noise. Bathroom was nice, with a big shower. Localization was great. There was a fantastic caffe next door.

The bathroom could use some more towel hangs and the fridge was quite noisy, so we had to turn it off for the night, which wasn't a big issue

The check is went very smoothly, the room is extremely clean and modern. There are multiple great restaurants just a few minutes away. Our host was very kind, she gave us pastries on our first day and even helped us to call a taxi on our check out day.

Extremely clean, and close to main station and old town. The property owner was close by, no issues when our later flight was delayed and the property felt extremely safe with security doors and cctv

Very modern, had an elevator, great AC,!safe location with lots of attractions nearby, delicious breakfast in the morning

No living room/common area, included a small bedroom and bathroom

Superb place to stay. Super clean, and nicely decorated. Helpful hosts and very quick to respond. they allowed us to leave our bags for the day after we checked out. really nice. The room was very comfortable and quiet even though very central. would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at the Vittoria room. Good communication with host via Whatsapp, check in from 1pm and had left treats for breakfast and tea making facilities which was great! Very clean room and modern bathroom. Was expecting a hotel but this is more of an AirBNB with private entrance.
