would be hard to find better staff in a 3* hotel than these arrived early for check was given a plate of cakes and coffee for the short while i waited , breakfast mainly Italian style cakes and pastries not to my style no problem we will cook you a omelet, rooms cleaned and towels changed daily, monday to friday the hotel does a meal deal for guests 3 course 2 choice each course half liter wine water coffee at time of stay 20 euroes stay for 3 weeks booked in as a guest left as a friend , the petrol station in front has no impact on the stay no fumes water in the fridge replaced as used same as toiletries

First what I liked its how they welcome guests there. It was a real pleasure, in a very few hotels welcome guests in this way, its very rare nowadays. Double bed was big enough, but mattress, unfortunately, was not soft enough, but still not bad at all. Shower was great, with big pressure, exactly what was needed. Room was clean and all areas was very clean, housekeepers work excellent and have a sharp eyes. WIFI connection all the time was great. For breakfast they serve omelette (without fresh tomato haha) and any coffee of your choice. Also you can choose some cakes there which seems handmade there. Overall very good hotel.

The only one thing I dislike is a petrol station which was opposite my window. Room was smelled with gasoline during one day if to open window.

Exceptionally lovely and kind staff! Comfortable bed, complimentary water provided (and kept cold in a mini-fridge), good shower, plenty of towels, bedside reading light, 24 hour check-in, was able to store luggage after check-out.

Was perfect for what I needed given my late flight into Olbia. But just advising - to aid those that this would bother - that the room smelt slightly of stale smoke and there was no soundproofing.

Room was Clean ! Breakfast had a Nice Variety ! Friendly Staff. Location was Good for us to catch a Bus to Airport.

Bathroom had a Tub and Shower Inside Tub., However no Curtain, so shower water went everywhere. A Curtain would help to keep water contained within the tub.

The location is close to several bus routes to the airport and several tourist spots in the city. Walk 15 minutes to reach the old city center. Great staff who are happy to see you and support you in everything.

The staff was extremly helpful and friendly, even when we did not have the common language. I stayed here twice in a week, for the second time I got a really spacious room on the ground floor. The breakfast is perfect for those who like sweet pastry/corn flakes. The bus stop to the airport is 2 min walk by the entrance of the hotel.

Very friedly staff. Quiet room. Close to the the bus stop, 1 km to the railway station and to the city centre. Direct bus service to the airport every half a hour. There are many restaurants in the vinicity.

Unimaginative breakfast (but it is typical for the Sardinia).

The property is well situated nearby the center and the main road that leads you outside of Olbia. The staff was super friendly and helped me a lot. Always smiling and receptive, the restaurant was good as well.

The stairs at the entrance make it difficult to bring the suitcases up and down, the hotel is quite old, furniture and decoration needs some renovation
