All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and made our stay comfortable and stress free. The beach was beautiful with a private section for hotel guests and the food was amazing. Breakfast was included and had so many options to choose from. Our room was lovely, perfect for a 5 night stay.

Although the food and service was top tier we did find it on the pricier side so be prepared to spend quite a bit on a meal. You will also need to rent a car if you want to explore the area, other beaches and restaurants.

The breakfast was lovely. But not the juices, they weren't real juices. More fresh fruit would be nice. The pool was quite small, but adequate. Not enough sunbeds. Some people left their towels on the sunbeds all day. Not good. Lovely to have the beach so close. Food in restaurant was lovely.

The proximity to the lovely beaches and the quiet setting. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good great selection.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Pelican Beach Resort, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The resort boasts a fantastic location, friendly staff, and excellent cleaning services. Firstly, the location of the Pelican Beach Resort is truly a gem. Situated right on the beachfront, guests are treated to breathtaking views of the ocean and direct access to the sandy shores. The convenience of having the beach just steps away made it easy to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf throughout my stay. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the friendly and accommodating staff. From the moment I arrived, the employees went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience, especially my man Matteo. The whole staff was always ready to assist with any queries or requests, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The cleaning staff, in particular, deserves special recognition for their exceptional service. They were not only friendly but also good in their work, ensuring that the rooms were spotless and comfortable.

While the Pelican Beach Resort had many positive aspects, there were a few areas where I felt they missed opportunities. Firstly, the absence of a well-equipped gym was a disappointment. As a guest who enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle, having access to a better gym facility with more equipment would have been nice. Also the missing entertainment at nights is a missing opportunity in my eyes.

Great beachfront location, you can access the public beaches very easily by foot if you don't want to pay for the hotel chair and umbrella. I recommend going to the incredible beaches far away, by car, but you could definitely stay in the hotel if you want to retreat. Staff was wonderful, everyone so helpful and friendly! The breakfast was delicious and amazing, a lot of options and an impressive sight of the beach while you eat. The pool and jacuzzi are a very good alternative to the crowded beaches, and parking around the hotel is easy, no need to pay EUR 15 a day for the underground parking. There are a few restaurants nearby, and food in the hotel was good, although pricey (it is Sardinia, after all!). The hotel is adults only, which makes it a nice place to rest and relax Will definitely go back next time I visit the island!

There was some smell of mold in the bedroom, which might happen a lot in beach properties, but not pleasant. The bed clothes were a bit old, and we noticed a small torn on the sheets. The private beach is not available unless you pay EUR 40 a day to have a chair and umbrella. We tried to use the beach with towels (freely borrowed from the hotel), but the employee sent us away. Extremely awkward and not reasonable if you are already paying 400 euros a night! The garden facilities (beds and umbrellas) are also only reserved for suites, so don't expect to use them if you have regular or superior rooms. Our room was very noisy, could hear the neighbors and jacuzzi users quite loud.
