I was unsure of the location and the walk from the airport. It was a short 20 minute walk along a well lit path, I arrived afetr 9pm. On arrival I was greeted and very quickly my room was sorted. The room was very clean and a little larger than I had expected, with good modern facilities, especially for a budget priced hotel. I was directed to a restaurant around 100m from the hotel, after asking for one in the area. This was a very nice enviroment, welcoming staff and lovely food with a good selection. Simple experience on departure, no delays in waiting, a perect stay for myself, thank you.

Nothing, it would have been nice to stay there longer.

Even if on the website and on booking they specified they offer a shuttle service 24h and that was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel, they didn't offer any shuttle and sugested me to take a taxi. When I wrote them to update the shuttle bus schedule on their website and on booking for the clients to be correctly informed, I didn't received any feedback. That is very unprofessional for a 4 star hotel.

it is close to the airport where Ryanair leaves from Milano. It has a shuttle which took us there in the morning.

Nothing except the TV was not really very good for an English-speaking person as they didn't have any English channels and they didn't have the ability to connect once phone or laptop with the TV so someone could watch Netflix or YouTube. That was pretty rudimentary. Everything else was good. We didn't try the breakfast.

Everything was fine, very good conditions, great room and bathroom,comfortable bed,all very clean . Close to the airport, you could walk in about 20-25 min. We took a taxi from the airport and it was 20 euros for 5 min drive. The shuttle though, from the hotel to the airport was only 10 euros /room(2 people).

coffee could be free of charge in the room at a 4 star hotel. Also very expensive room for 1 night(150€ without breakfast), but probably because it was interior design week in Milan...

We had the Superior Double Room for the last night of our trip and it was perfect. Very spacious, clean, comfortable bed, and a huge hot tub in the room. The staff were all very friendly, and checking in/out were a breeze. If you have an early flight from Bergamo then I definitely recommend this place as you can walk to the airport in about 15-20 minutes.

Good option near the airport. We booked this hotel because our flight was early the next morning and we wanted a place near the airport with a parking spot. The room is like the photos and it was clean, so it met our expectations. There is a nice restaurant nearby where we had dinner. A good option is you want to stay close to the airport.

Helpful staff. Very nice location, easy walk to & fro the airport (just follow Google maps). Shuttle service at any hour (we left at 3:30am). Good upkeep. Huge firm bed. Big bathroom. Lots of towels. Interesting choice of flooring.

The lighting system (many buttons, latency, can't figure out how to dim the lights if that's even possible), can't adjust room temperature (we are not accustomed to AC), toilet is interestingly high - foot stool may be required

Because we will take a morning flight, we booked a shuttle bus at the hotel. We booked it at 4:30, but when we went downstairs at 4:20, we saw that the driver had already arrived. We arrived at the airport ahead of time. Thank you very much for the shuttle driver. Everything is good at the hotel. I am very satisfied

Just a 3 minutes by taxi from the airport. It is possible to walk as well but it was rainy when I arrived. My room was upgraded, which was nice. Nice view from the window and a comfortable bed. Kettle and coffee machine in the room. There is a shuttle bus driving from the hotel to the airport.

That was very hot in the room. I needed to open all the windows to get some air.

Super clean, recently renovated, and comfortable. The wifi worked well. Comfortable bed and huge room - weirdly it was not at all like the photos, the room was so much nicer. Parking was good, safe secure underground carpark and free to use. Perfect for an overnight after a flight.

Breakfast was average, mostly just cakes and bread, no eggs / mushrooms etc, but it did have some fresh fruit (oranges / kiwi).
