The room was all right. The bathroom was really nice. The host left us snacks and drinks for breakfast and restocked them the next day. The property is a 2 minute walk from the bus station which take you to both centers and the train station (tickets can be bought from the bus or the app).

A fridge would have been nice (we stayed just 2 nights so it wasn't that bad, but for a longer stay it is necessary). The thin walls, we could hear the neighbors (this is a problem we had on every property in Italy). The bed had a plastic sheet under the bed linen which could be heard every time you moved.

Clear communication with helpful owner in advance of stay. The apartment was clean and the bed comfortable. A sort of breakfast provided which we didn't need, but free mineral water left, which was appreciated. Hotel quite close to airport - we paid a taxi 20 Euros at night to arrive.

NOT a complaint, just info: Hotel IS close to airport, but not the terminal. We walked back there the next day, which was a bad idea - at least 40 mins walk (no luggage) mostly through residential streets, but closer to the hotel the roads are fast, busy and have no pavements. This would be really unsafe at night, so don't plan on walking it!

Everything was great. We had a great stay here. It is not in the center but we knew it and it was no problem at all, there is a bus nearby taking you directly to the old center, or you can go by car which we did not prefer. there is also free parking places at the property, it was convenient for us as we came by car. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable, Marta was friendly and helpful all the time. If we are back to Bergamo, we will stay here again.

The room was very nice and perfect for my family. Clean and welcoming. My daughter loved the morning meal that was provided to us. I just want to say that it was a perfect stay and everyone around was very welcoming. I would definitely choose this accommodation again if I am going back in Bergamo.

The self-check-in is super easy and possible anytime, which was nice as we were arriving quite late. The room was comfortable, spacious, and very clean. The location is very close to the airport, it's even possible to walk. Some snacks and water were present when we came to the room, which is super nice after a long journey! Even though it might seem a bit far from the center, it's apprx. 10-15 minutes to the center by bus. The closest bus station is 5 min walking.

According to the owner, due to the pandemic, they still haven't got a chance to introduce a breakfast option. That would be a nice upgrade!

Excellent location near the airport, private parking, very clean and comfortable apartment, host Marta very approachable and responsible. Snack in the room excellent. We will come back at the first opportunity.

Very deep value at 50 euro for the night! Great room, great bathroom. Very clean, easy and fast communication, great location for our overnight stay before leaving for the dolomites in the morning

Please install thicker curtains! A good sleep is so important, and the curtains are very very thing (and white), waking you up at sunrise! Not a pleasant experience since we slept at 1AM :)

Everything was perfect! Close to airport,bus station near location. The host was very kind. All the details before check in was very clear and helpful. We found in room a small “breakfast” water,juice. We recommend 100%!

It was peaceful with loads of facilieties and amenities .Comfortable and host left us everything we need for a good breakfast and snacks for kids .

There are no shops that is nearby.So, one need to plan everything in advance.

Perfect spot when you have an early flight or you land in BGY airport late in the evening. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. The room is clean and very welcoming. Would 100% come back!
