The town itself is absolutely breathtaking, and the hotel had a lovely view that made the stay memorable. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was nice, and overall it was a pleasant experience.

The location can be difficult for guests with limited mobility, as parking is about a 10-minute walk away and the streets are cobblestoned. The building is very old, so the room felt quite primitive. While the shower was spacious and nice, it was located in the room itself rather than in the bathroom, which may not suit everyone. The front desk is not open 24/7, though in practice there was no real need for that during our stay.

It was right in the centre and very close to the lake. The room was clean and the breakfast was fine. Very decent AC, free wifi for the guests.

Half of the switches didn't work in the room, there weren't comfortable chairs in the room. Shower was inconvenient. The lighting was insufficient - big lamp would shine in your face, but opening the shutters would mean being in the view of the whole piazza and the shutters would slam shut with the wind - no hooks to secure the shutters. There was a tango event in the evening in the piazza and it was heard in the room very well until midnight.

Central location, overlooking the square. Underground parking nearby (€20 per day), under ten minutes walk from the hotel. Fabulous breakfast that caters well for all tastes. It included meats, cheese, vegetables, fresh fruit, cakes, yoghurt, freshly made coffee by the staff… you name it! Eclectic decor, which was a creative mix of traditional & modern. Separate WC to shower. Spacious shower (in the bedroom, but with a glass screen). Comfy bed in spacious bedroom. Very helpful staff. Dog friendly (€10 per night).

The hotel is not clearly marked at present. We finally found it: accessed via their Cafe, called ‘Picnic’ on the main square. As can be expected in a room overlooking the beautiful central square, we did experience some noise from the late night bar nearby. However, we would definitely stay here again, as everything else suited us perfectly.

We had a really great stay at Aracoelie hotel Firstly, the staff was very friendly. We had an important phone call before check-in time, and Eliana was very kind and helpful and did everything in her power to make it possible. Furthermore, the hotel is located very central at a cosy square. We stayed in a superior double room and the room was very nice, specious and clean (We loved the balcony!!!). Also the breakfast was delicious and extensive. Thank you for the amazing night

Excellent location. The walk from the station is definitely not easy especially with suit cases. Also picking up key from another location was not ideal. The staff were all very friendly and spoke good English.

The walk from the station. You could even say it was dangerous. There are little or no foot paths. Very hard if your not young and fit while carrying suitcases.

The staff and facilities were excellent and we enjoyed the visit enormously! So much to do and see!

No Parking near the hotel. Carrying 40 pound luggage bags to the hotel was a real challenge! Finding the hotel location was also a challenge in such a vast venue. Better signposting would be a great help.

The location in the main piazza of Orta San Giulio was fantastic. Our little balcony overlooked the piazza and the lake. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. Very unique having an enormous shower in the room rather than the bathroom. The breakfast was a bonus, and had a large variety of fresh foods. We would recommend this hotel to our friends.
