The rooms were super clean and comfortable. The reception was super friendly and gave us some infos about parking which were very useful. The location is perfect for staying in town and there is a public parking, cheap, just few meters away.

It’s a bit noisy if your room is facing the nearby bar with music up to 1am. The breakfast is disappointing in offering. We had expected a lot more for a 4*superior boutique hotel. The coffee machine wasn’t working properly and the staff was reluctant to just make coffee at the machine at the bar. Breakfast needs improving.

We had the royal spa suite, it was great fun to sit in the hot tub and look at the marina and the stars, and bears rock. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Nice big fluffy bathrobes, slippers and spare towels for the jacuzzi. Parking was easy, there is a public car park in front of the hotel (paid hours are 08.00-20.00 and it is 1 euro per hour). This is a great place to stay in Palau, especially if you are taking the ferry to La Maddalena.

Breakfast was good. The coffee from the automatic machine (something that seems to be ever more common these days) is comme ci comme ca. I learned that you can ask for a cappuccino from the espresso machine - a much better cup of coffee..

It is a good little boutique hotel - no complaints. There is a nice little bar/cafe at the front of the hotel that makes it even more attractive. We were there before peak season - there was no need to pay for hotel parking. Getting clarity on rules for public parking throughout Sardinia took some effort. The tourism bureau could up their game by providing tourists with clear info on parking.

This was a excellent value the money. The hotel staff was pleasant, helpful and kind - above and beyond the normal tasks. Location is great in the best part of the village - unfortunately the market is in front and we buy a lot! Breakfast was really good, with fresh options and real coffee. Is a very classic property very well cared and with high end details- towels, sheets, amenities... (mattress was highly comfortable, good pillows, soft fluffy towels …)

Most centric hotel in town surrounded by restaurants. Peculiar stylish hotel, nice view of the port. Staff helpful and nice. Staying in Palau is a great option if you rent a car and are planing to move around.

The parking costs 19€ a day and the city tax 5€ per day (nothing to do with the hotel)...overpriced. The facilities are not great; no simming pool, no gym, poor conection to wifi.. The breakfast ok.

Great staff, everyone friendly and helpful. Good size room, comfortable bed.. Night market right outside, but this did not disturb us.

Bar next door has a music licence until 1.00am. Very loud, we could not sleep. Green train has not run for years. Breakfast disappointing, not many healthy choices. Lots of sweet things.

The room and accommodation were exceptionally nice, featuring all the amenities for a comfortable stay; furthermore, the staff went above and beyond in their friendliness, creating a welcoming atmosphere. In addition to that, the breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying, complementing the overall experience. To top it all off, the location was conveniently situated, making it an ideal choice for travelers.

The bedroom had a shower but no tub. Not a big complaint, but just mentioning it.

Front desk staff were so helpful and friendly. Location was brilliant as night market right outside every night. The town square is a few metres from the hotel and is super lively at night. Great choice of food and drinks, so many restaurants. Had such a good night with the locals.

The beach is quite small but expected as right in harbour

Staff were very helpful, advised us against booking certain boat trip and sourced us a different trip on a wonderful boat, we had amazing day and couldn’t recommend it more.

Breakfast wasn’t the best.

Situated a 3 min walk from the port where you can take a ferry every 30 min to La Maddalena where we wanted to go initially - we were really glad we chose Palau and specifically this hotel! The staff was amazingly helpful and nice, e.g. we didn't have to book our boat trip ourselves, everything was done through the hotel and we only paid at check-out. In general perfect location, all restaurants within a walking distance. Impeccably clean rooms. Very comfy beds. It was our honeymoon which we specified it in the booking and got a very nice surprise at check-in!

Nothing. Be aware though that beach towels are 3 euros per person for the duration of the stay, I didn't realize first they weren't included in the Royal Spa room.
