Junior suite room- light interior, spacious, day light and towards the sea view, jacuzzi in the bathroom, very comfortable bed. Amazing staff, very friendly receptionist that are always ready to help, they were very helpful as we exchanged standard room to junior suite, there were no problems, everything was smooth, they gave us tips for beaches and restaurants. Special thanks to MariaLouisa, her colleagues too. Also thanks to super sweet staff at breakfast. Breakfast was ok, plenty food to choose from, room was always clean and tidy. Thank you! It’s a great location and very convenient for traveling with the ferry and evening cruising around the island.

To me the furniture is a little outdated and in the standard room there is a lot of dark (black and red) colours. We were there in a period when the weather was not that good, so the room seemed even darker and smaller because of the colours and very little light coming in.

Everything was perfect and lovely, breakfast, service

sweating throughout the night. Opened the window and slept in April 2024. The air conditioner which was set to +27C and we could not modify. Called the reception and they said they changed to 24C followed by which we can change to anything between 22C to 26C. Indeed I could change it to 22C. But nothing changed in room. Same hot 30+ feel from 21:00 to 04:00. When window is opened air conditioner automatically turns off. After sleepless night, after 04:00 opened the window and slept for at least few hours.

The location couldn't be better; just across the street from the Palau ferry. Super nice and friendly front desk staff, felt so welcome all the time! The breakfast room with an open wall facing the port is great; such a nice way to start the day. The selection is great as well! Though coffee is served to the tables, so I wish there was at least filter coffee option as self service. Easier for us whose minimum coffee cup size is Starbucks tall. :) A great stay all in all, grazie!

Really a small thing, and I appreciate the gesture, but cleaning is actually too thorough. In my opinion it should always be optional. At least the towels shouldn't be changed daily if not specifically requested. The same goes for the linen. It is unnecessary and not environmentally friendly. Also if a guest uses the complimentary shower gel once, it really isn't necessary to replace it with a new one. ;)

Very friendly reception staff who were very helpful. Location at the centre of the waterfront and close to the ferry terminal couldn't be better Breakfast room overlooking the water rather than the usual somewhat soulless room was a joy. Given the surprising general availability of free parking in the area (this was a weekend in early June) the lack of a hotel car park wasn't an issue

The location and view from the room were amazing and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Despite being right by the port, the room was quiet and the air conditioning worked well, too. The breakfast buffet was good and well organised and the view from the dining room overlooking where the ferries come in was far more pleasant than it sounds. Housekeeping was also excellent

The hotel entrance from the road wasn't ideal as the pavement is quite narrow. The shower wasn't intuitive to use and a bit more information about the island (especially the beach bus routes and times) would have been useful, especially as they're a fantastic and cheap way to explore the island and Google maps doesn't currently have any information on them.

Fantastic. A clean, modern hotel just in front of the port, bur very central. Breakfast with lots of things and great tips from reception and waiters. A dream place!! Also we forgot our passports and they called me immediately to tell me! They are fantastic!! Also the bed was the most comfortable in our 8-day holiday along Sardinia. And the shower is amazing. Massive one in the ceiling with lights but also a normal shower telephone if you dont like the fancy. Argan oil gels, showercap.. all kinds of nice details as toiletries. Best hotel you can go to in La Maddalena! Just in front of the hotel there is a free parking in which we found place every time we went!

Wifi was not always great in the room.

Very lovely hotel in a beautiful place. The staff was amazing, always very helpful and smiling. Our room was cleaned daily but more than I have ever experienced. Breakfast was on a beautiful terrace with a seaview and I loved all the croissants they had. So marvellous !

Location was excellent. Right in front of the Ferry entry/exit and perfectly located near restaurants /laundry service and the quaint streets of La Maddalena. It's a great place to base yourself as you explore the archipelago and adjoining Caprera island. Davido was an excellent at reception, helping us above and beyond when we had an issue with our passports. The breakfast served each morning was generous with the most beautiful sunrise view. We had a very enjoyable stay here and we will return.

The room is very nice, clean and cosy. Bed was very confortable. Personell was very nice and gave us suggestions about restaurants and beaches.

Didn’ t like the breakfast. For a four stars hotel is VERY poor. And the plates with cheese and meat were almost empty at 8.30 am. There were some cherry tomatoes (like 5-6) and they were damaged, looked bad, couldn’t eat. And then, we asked for some melon and grapes, because the bowl was empty. It was very annoyng for us to ask for different food and fruits.

We loved the central position close to everything, the kindness of the stuff that recommended us excellent beaches. We appreciated the cleanliness, the breakfast and the view from the terrace of the ships on the harbor

The too small size of the room does not agree with the price of the room as a standard obe. Inside of the closet all the hangers were dusty and we had to clean them. We had to go and ask twice for the extra shower gel because both nights of our overnight stay provided quantity for one person instead of two
