Ornella & her staff were very friendly & helpful. I asked if we could use the wash machine to clean some of our clothing, & they graciously washed or items & hung them to dry. Our room was quite large, as was the comfortable bed. Everything in the bathroom functioned properly, which wasn't typical on our trip. The breakfast was ample & the pastries they served were very tasty. The location was really good for us since it was in walking distance of the Mercado del Capo @ Via Porta di Carini. We loved wandering through the stalls & sampling foods. Also, it was close to a vending machine wine shop and a cannabis vending machine! Ornella gave good recommendations for sfinciuni & arancini also. I would stay here again if I get back to Sicilia.

Best ever single night stay. Fantastic location with close access to Teatro Massimo and antique markets and old city centre..easy access and painless free on street parking directly in front. Special ambience. Great breakfast room and stunning breakfast with local pastries, cakes, meats and cheese overseen by charming proprietor. Amazing spacious room with steps from room to covered terrace. Great attention to detail throughout. Extraordinary value for money . Can't wait to come back. Amazing.

Access was easy with instructions via WhatsApp to get the kays from a keysafe. Once inside the B&B the decor and facilities are very good. The room was roomy and the property is well located, about 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral and central sightseeing area and with free on street parking directly outside or around the corner. Access to the kitchen and rear patio/garden is useful. The breakfasts were great and the staff really friendly and wifi worked well.

As it is on a main road there is some traffic noise. Staff are only on site for breakfast (but can be contacted by WhatsApp). Access to the property is via anonymous doors off the street into a very dark and unattractive stairwell, then up about 16 stone stairs to the B&B door.

Self-service check-in at 12 is great The nearest underground parking is on the edge of the ZTM zone, so you don't need to pay the toll The room was quite good for a short stay, it has a bit of a vintage style but very clean and tidy.

The breakfast was mostly about sweets and traditional desserts, some scrambled eggs and vegatables would have been a good addition.

The location is very noisy (streets very dirty)When you open the main door (first door from the street) we were disappointed because it’s not very inviting. Don’t let that scare you. Once you climb the stairs and open to the door to your apparent it looks nice.

Everything was great: very good bedroom, amazing rooftop, the breakfast was so good we still dream about it! Staff very nice and helpful (we were by car, something I honestly do not recommend in Palermo, but Barbara was supernice helping us to find parking places and getting to the hotel without having ZTL problems). The location could not be better.

If I have to say one thing, the bathroom door is a bit see-through and doesn't close properly, but it was not an issue.

The room was nice and had everything we needed. There was beautiful furniture and it was very clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful. For breakfast they offered only sweets, I guess very italian. Be aware of that :) We recommend staying there! Early check-in was possible. :)

There are different rooms,some located next to a terrasse and some next to the street. The ones next to the street are very loud as there is much traffic and the windows don't close fully. In case u are sensitive for traffic noise u definetely need ohropax or ask for a room next to the terrasse.

Perfect location, 5 min walk to Teatro Massimo, 10 min to Vucciria! Parking is allways availible on the street. Backyard is perfect for breakfast and coffie, kitchen is excellent eqiped. Quiet place in the city center. Host is excellent too! I will back one time.

spacy apartment, retro style. we liked it breakfast in the kiosk just across the street (typical Italian, fresh croissant and perfect coffee) was really cheap

our apartment was facing rush street, also was quite noisy whole the day/night.

Nice hosts, clean and spacious room, good breakfast. 10 min. walk to the centre.

It might be a bit difficult to find a place to park the car, but is possible to do it for free in some streets nearby.
