The apartments at the Piazza Marina are located in a central area, so everything is fairly close and within walking distance. It was very quit at night. The building where the apartment is located was very secure and we felt safe.

Difficulty to find the apartment. The bed was quite comfortable, but the bed frame was too big for the mattress, so you had to watch where you were walking around the bed to avoid walking into the bed frame

Very good location and the area is quiet. Luca contacted us in advance to know the time we will arrive and watch out during the time we spent there.

Nothing related with the B&B just to let people know that during weekends the church bells ring at 7.30😂

Perfect accomodation for a traveler alone in Palermo: few steps from the center and the old city, from streets with typical restaurants and kiosk/restaurant selling street food. The zone where the B&B is located is quiet but also near to some night bars. It's also a stone's throw away from the turist port and Via Vittorio Emanuele II which leads you to most important artistic attractions of the city. Rooms are bright, confortable, clean and wide enough for two persons. They are arranged in a modern style but with some typical sicilian decoration elements. You can choose solutions with bathroom inside or outside the room: anyway you share the bathroom at most with another room. Personel is kind, you can contact them for any need. A very good choice

- super friendly stuff who gave lots of information about the city and answered our questions - location (close to everywhere yet not in the busy/loud spot - a supermarket right at the door - lift - the room was lacking some utensils like plates but we were given them when we asked (so if you think you'll need a corkscrew for wine bought at the market, remember to ask for it :) )

- when other guests were passing/talking in the hall you could hear them very well (but it didn't bother us)

Close to the centrum, although quiet at night also (it was important for us). We had a very clean and modern room, with a small fridge and a kettle to make some tea, it's nice. For breakfast we had eggs, fruits, yoghurt, jam - it was delicious and more than sufficient.:-)

Chic and contemporary and clean as can be. Comfy bed, all the comforts you need such as hair dryer and kettle, complimentary coffees and teas, reading material, plenty of TV stations. Bathroom was just across the hall and very modern. Above all, the location is just where you want to be in the evening. Lively neighborhood with restaurants, pubs and fast food joints galore. Despite this, no noise disturbed me during the night. Self check-in process went seamlessly, so good for arrivals any time day or night. I appreciated my hosts coming round to greet me the next morning too- they're as sweet and helpful as a guest could desire. Loved Palermo!
