Great location for easy access to Central Station and bus station. Lots local restaurant options within a block and area was safe. Bedroom is large and very clean. Excellent breakfast provided. Staff are wonderful and having ability to check in early or just leave our bags before and after our stay really assisted.

Pay attention to access instructions as access is via an alternative address. Bathroom is small with very small shower recess. Also has an awkward step into bathroom. Shower water pressure changes (drops) with others showing at same time. Air conditioner in our room was not so effective when we were there but we did report to property.

Very well operated. Communication with owner was good. Soundproofing on main road was essential. Bright room with ensuite. Breakfast was good. Staff were lovely.

Shower could of been alot cleaner. Step in bathroom was a little dangerous. Bed was very low.

The women that served breakfast and maintained the rooms saved the visit for us. They worked tirelessly. Their attitudes and willingness to make everything as good as possible was commendable.

The building itself, the severely cramped bathroom with multi level floor was a nightmare to navigate. Although some of the bedrooms don't have a bathroom in the room at all. I guess we were lucky. The shower doors didn't close and the shower wall tiles were popping off the wall.

Very clean, bright rooms. Tasty breakfast and great location in the heart of Palermo. Highly recommend.

We had a bathroom outside our room (private though), which was a bit inconvenient in the morning - we had to cross the dining hall while going to the bathroom. It was a short stay, so it wasn’t that big of a deal after all.

If you go by car , your parking spot depends on your luck , there is no designated spaces for the B&B , only if you find on the streets around

Online check-in was very convenient because we arrived late by train from the airport. Super good location, close to the railway station and all attractions can be reached on foot. Good breakfast, big selection, lots of different fruits. The breakfast staff are very friendly and kind. There is everything you need in the common kitchen, which is for to all the rooms.

The towels had a very strong smell of detergent, the towels were on the bed and the whole room had this strong smell. It was a bit noisy, because our room had a window to the street, where there was intense traffic and a tram. But it's inevitable if you want to stay in the city center :)

Very good experience, all the people are very good, very thanks to Nadia's service, she can help you all things, anyway, next time I come to palermo I will still choose this hotel! Breakfast is delicious, the hotel location to downtown, about ten minute walk

The water in the bathroom is too small, this is the only drawback, I believe they will be corrected

the room is cozy and good day light. the bed is huge for two people. the price includes the breakfast. the self check in making things super easy if you arrive late(that’s what we were concerning) 10000% recommanded

the area is a bit doggy because it’s close to the train station. it’s super close like 2mins walk. other than that, everything is so good. my partner and I are satisfied this hotel and would definitely recommend to people who come to Palermo.

The room is very clean and confortable. the personnel is very nice and hospitable with a various breakfast.

the space where breakfast is taken is next to the rooms and there is noise in the morning. the bathrooms are outside the room, in the hallway and it's a little uncomfortable.

Friendly and kind staff, well-located and close to the train/bus station. Francesco and his team was really nice and supportive. Room was clean and breakfast met our needs. Transfer services to the airport all good too. Sergio was punctual and kind. Thanks a lot!

Just an advice: If you are bringing heavy luggages just be aware the rooms are on the second floor (4 flights of stairs). In general I strongly recommend Room & Breakfast Zero.
