The room was clean and tidy. There was enough space to set up an extra cot in our room. The surroundings were quiet and the parking was spacious enough.

The bed made some noise. The water in the shower took ages to become warm one evening. The breakfast is really not worthy. Worst cappuccino I had in my life, tarts sweet and with no flavour. If it is not included in your price, I would suggest not to purchase it.

The hotel is a go getter and environment it excellent bothe the staff are helpful, very polite 😀 👍 so much more. If you wanna get the hotel don't think about it twice just go ahead you will enjoy your stay. Mostly expecially if you are going to book this hotel you need to have a car or get a taxi that will help you with your trip because it far from centre city so 😉

I like everything it just that my room water was coming out from the AC. That the only issue apart from that everything is fine

All good from start to finish, friendly, quiet aspect to rear away from main road (selected also because it was out of the main centre of Parma), spacious room with windows and door to outside, the bathroom even had a window which was good for ventilation. The restaurant ran a good dinner service and menu and the breakfast spread covered all needs. Staff were friendly communicative and helpful.

Room was spacious for my husband baby and dog. I appreciate that they use the key card to activate water and energy to not waste on primary resources. Bed was also very confortable

Breakfast was really basic and products offered not so good if I would go back I would not pay extra for the bfast only for the stay.

The room was too hot and the thermostat didn’t work. The breakfast is only served until 10 am which we couldn’t make in time.

It is situated on the edge of an industrial estate. Not a problem, but I like an early morning walk and the local surroundings are uninspiring.

Just few minutes by car from Parma we stayed one night at this hotel. Rooms were renewed, very modern, great air conditioning, bathroom was huge and very comfort beds. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpfull. Thank you

Very car-friendly, big rooms and free parking. The hotel even has a digital piano in the lobby, therefore my daughter could practice piano a bit there. And the hotel restaurant is a gourmet restaurant, for anyone who doesn't mind the price but would like to enjoy high-end Italian cuisine, it's a very good choice.

Too expensive considering the location (it is in an industrial area) though it is conveniently close to the main highway.
