This lovely boutique B&B was amazing. We stayed for 3 days and the hosts were lovely. They did not speak any English (we used google translate) which was no problem, as there son was on holiday at the time who usually manages the B&B. The breakfast was amazing with homemade cakes every morning as well as croissants, meat, cheese, bread, fruit etc.The gardens were lovely to chill in with a swimming pool and jacuzzi after a day visiting the surrounding areas of Perugia and Assisa. We highly recommend this place, we are hoping in the future to return. Paula, Jonathan and Alex

What a beautiful home and Frederico was the most wonderful host. Don’t be fooled into using this spot as just a one time stay over before a flight from Perugia (our mistake!) it’s the perfect home to relax and access the many places nearby. The garden is the perfect place to relax with a book, so quiet and peaceful and we were made the most delicious afternoon spritz. we will be back - Grazie Frederico!

Welcoming despite our late arrival. Quirky art work. Spacious room accommodating 3 adults well. Great shower. Continental breakfast with fresh products. Great coffee.
We have no negative comments about our stay here. All lovely. Just a note re taxi. The taxi called by hotel to return to airport was twice the cost of the one we took to get there the previous evening. ? They charged us 30 euros for the 10 min journey. it came fromPerugia instead of local. So keep the number of taxi company on board outside airport as you have to call your own from there. It was 15 euros from airport to hotel. 10mins journey.

Perfect location in a quiet village. Easy to reach Perugia, Assisi, Montefalco, Spello and others. Modern designed B&B with a lot of art pieces, super pool and relaxing atmosphere in a wonderful garden. Friderico gave excellent advises for all kind of restaurants, we found our favourite with "La Cantina" in Spello. This time was short but we wish to come back. Thanks a lot for hospitality, Joerg & Viktoriya
