we had a late arrival, and Renaldo was very helpful at 11pm. Served us beer in the sitting room, answered all of our questions, etc.Traveling with our 86 yr. old aunt and uncle, they loved it as well. We were surprised that the 8 tables of food being served at brunch was still available after 11 am. It was delicious! We will always stay there when raveling to Italy!

The staff was really friendly, the swimming pool is amazing and has a jacuzzi inside of it, however a swimming cap is mandatory. The breakfast was also really good. The bathroom is also really big and has a bathtub.

When we called they didn’t informed us about the €5,00 fee per person to use the swimming pool. The mattress was hard and the pillow was too soft, so the bed wasn’t comfortable.

We did not use the pool. The breakfast was great with lot of choice. The service was very good. The room was quite nice with a very comfortable bed . The bathroom had adequate lighting with a very good shower. Very big parking place in front of the hotel. Nice smart TV found over 9 stations in English. Very good staff in reception and at the bar. We thank you it was a lovely stay.

Bit confusing to get to the hotel from the motorway. But we stayed there three nights and got use to it.

Good selection at breakfast. Tea/coffee making facilities in rooms would have been nice.

Menu would have been better if some translation in English so that more people are able to understand menu without having to ask waiting staff who were often not understanding what was being asked of them.

Excellent hotel with free parking. Very good breakfast. Swimming pool is nice. Hotel is located nearby riad connections. Fair price. Kind staff.

Wifi was nor working propery for a half of the day. They solved the problem and after it was perfect.

Astonishingly good spa with 25 metre pool and sauna, steam and hydro although disappointing to have to pay extra and no towels provided in the spa. Good breakfast with attentive, friendly staff. Free underground parking

the location is 8 km away from the historic city I could not get the AC working, but with the window open the temp cooled down sufficiently

Room was clean and comfy. Gym was great and the Spa especially the swimming pool was expectional. But I have to say that the best part of the hotel was the staff: everybody super friendly and helpful.

The freeway kind of ruins the view but if still there are the nice hills that help.

Very nice hotel for a transit stay. Located close to the highway, but the room was not noisy at all. Drive to Perugia is around 10 to 15 minutes. Swimming pool is very nice, although a head cap is required. Pool is open until midnight! Breakfast was great with real orange juice.
