The location was fantastic and close to transport links and the main squares. The room was nice although the décor is dated but still comfortable. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Bathroom a good size with a nice and powerful shower. Breakfast was lovely. A nice mix of cereals, pastries, fruits, and yoghurts.

The only small issue was the amount of noise we could hear coming into the room, but that comes with the location and wasn't too much of an issue all told. No kettle in the room - this would have been nice.

Water wasn’t very hot in shower , but it is an old property If you got down to breakfast after 8.30 the best bread and croissants were running out No English TV channel

Location is excellent, right in the centre, rooms very spacious and comfortable, with nice bathrooms. All the standard amenities (but no kettle or coffee machine). Staff friendly and nice, even if they did mix up the bill at the end.

WiFi was occasionally slow, to the point where it didn't want to work. Breakfast is not bad, but apart from sweet things (yes, I know, Italian breakfast) it was pretty limited, with no vegetables of any kind, not even single tomato.

Very comfortable room with really nice bed and bed linen. Breakfast was good with lots of choice, especially if you prefer a savoury breakfast. Convenient location in the centre of town. If you are arriving by train you can take the mini metro. There is a bit of an uphill walk from the metro stop.

Would be nice to have the breakfast served in the pretty courtyard instead of the internal room that didn't have much ambient light

The location was superb. It was a few metres away from the historical centre. The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. The staff ar reception were courteous and helpful.

Having tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have enhanced the experience. Breakfast was good but maybe a more varied savoury section would have been better.

The bedroom was comfortable, the bed and pillows great The lounge was comfortable. Breakfast room fine.

Male toilets right hand cubicle under wash hand basin floor not clean. Haphazard approach to gluten intolerance.(a Marie Antoinette approach, no gluten free bread on Sunday or Monday, I.e. "let them have cake". ) Biscuits provided instead, but that is not the same

second time in this hotel and I really like it. It's a old style hotel, in the center of Perugia, with a big square close by where to park. The hotel has big rooms with big bathroom, and the bathroom has bath. The breakfast is nice with variety of sweet and savory (common) food. My room was silent, but as usual, the comfort of the hotel rooms depends on the guests' behavior

I would offer more fresh and local food for breakfast

The room was beautiful, grand and full of trumploy furniture and wall paper. The ceilings were decadent complete with chandelier. The room was large and spacious overlooking the front of hotel. Excellent location, near all main sights and easy for catching a taxi. Staff very helpful and kind. Bathroom spacious with beautifully soft towels.

My only criticism was there was no tea and coffee making facilities. But this didn’t spoil our stay.

The hotel has a character and one feels that the structure and funrnitures are someting special. Position is excellent. I was given a free upgrade, in that the room was a double room instead of a single room with single bed.

View from the window not great; breakfast not the best I could imagine, but still OK!

The location was excellent, close to everything we wanted to see. The staff was very helpful with suggestions and directions. The breakfast was a beautiful assortment and very tasty.

The property was wonderful however we learned the hard way, make dinner reservations in advance. The restaurants were booked and we ended up eating pizza, but really good pizza.
