Mr. Andrea is very kind, friendly, helpful and has a lovely house with a cute dog. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was quite nice with truly delicious coffee! The location is just right to both the city centre with all the tourist attractions as well as to the coast, where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset.

If you are looking for more "hotel"-ish place with a bathroom in your room and typical rich hotel-ish breakfast, this place might not be for you. On the other hand if you want to experience a very homelike, cozy and local stay, I cannot recommend more to come to this lovely house.

Very nice owner who went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Lovely big room with big balcony. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast on the veranda overlooking the garden was beautifully prepared and tasty.

During the day, the birds in the garden are quite noisy, most likely the owner is breeding birds. At night the birds were quiet. The air conditioner in the room can only work in "dry" mode. The owner asked not to change the air conditioner settings. While it was very hot outside during our stay, it wasn't enough to make the room comfortable. We were only informed about the situation upon arrival. Parking on street but safe and next door to property.

Villa Orsini is a great place to stay if you want to be close to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast on the veranda overlooking the garden was beautifully prepared and tasty. Parking on the road outside was fine and there are places to eat just on the road on the opposite side of the roundabout.

It wasn’t clear on the room description that the private bathroom is not attached to the room, but is on the other side of the corridor. It was spacious and clean, but not very convenient.

The overall look of the rooms and the house is great. The house looks vintage with a modern twist and sits on a great location not too far from the main attraction. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the towels smell amazing. Breakfast is served on the terrace and consists of tea, coffee, fruit juices and water alongside with croissants, muffins, rusks, mini pies filled with jam with extra butter, hazelnut spread and different jam assortments (cherry, strawberry, appricot...). The owner is very kind and helpful, speaks great english so communication is not a problem. He is very obliging, as he let us store our luggage while we were away. He also has an adorable little dog, who appreciates a good cuddle.

I stayed here one night before a flight. The room was spacious and very clean and the garden and patio were nice and cozy. The bed was good to sleep in and air conditioning worked well. I had a large private bathroom which was very clean. I went for a run in the evening and the area felt safe. The personnel was kind and helped me quickly when I couldn’t get into the Villa when I arrived. If you don’t want to be in the city center and don’t mind a 10 min taxi/bus drive to the attractions, I can recommend this. It took 35 min to get to airport. As a bonus, they have an adorable and friendly dog to cuddle with!

The location is reachable by bus number 190 from the Pisa center but the bus is not going very frequently (every 30 mins or so) and missed 2 shifts so I had to wait for the bus quite long. The walls are very thin so you can hear neighbors quite easily and also the birds from the garden as there was some sort of bird farm there, although the birds were quiet in the night time. I am a light sleeper but slept very well with ear plugs. The breakfast was nice but mostly carbs like in all hotels I’ve visited in Italy..

Very hospitable and helpful owner who knows English well. He welcomed us by making Cappuccino for breakfast. It is served on the terrace and consists of fresh croissants, muffins, and mini pies with fruit juices and other items. The house is lovely, and the room is clean and spacious with air conditioning.

tea/coffee making facilities in room would have been the only thing I could add to this fantastic place!

The villa is well located, up to 10 min from Pisa´s main train station by bus. It is very nice and clean place with a view on the mountains. We had a room with a balcony and very comfy beds. The bathroom is amazing. The stuff is very friendly, kind, helpful and fun. The breakfast was delicious, you have more options, mostly sweet. Andrea makes a good coffee, so do not miss a coffee from a real Italian :). We enjoyed the stay a lot, thank you! I recommend it!
