What an amazing experience I had with Musae Relais and Spa! From the amazing staff, to the beautifully styled rooms, to the wonderful breakfast - I was one very happy chappy! Having never been in Polignano before, naturally I had lots of questions. The ever so lovely Naira and Ilaria catered to my every need.. Either providing me with detailed advice, making dinner reservations for me, or organising transport to my car or elsewhere. They were simply amazing. Mimo or Domenico were always taking me somewhere in the cart to make things that little bit easier - nothing was too much to ask. Their friendly nature always put a smile on my face. Every morning I was treated to a wonderful breakfast… Prepared fresh and cooked in front of me in the stylish and intimate breakfast room, the beautiful Mariella and Catia were just incredibly lovely - a fantastic start to every day! I highly recommend Musae Relais and Spa for your trip to Polignano - you won’t regret it! I’ll be back for sure!

Beautifully designed hotel in perfect location with lovely staff. I made a mistake when booking the hotel on which date, I called and they rectified the problem immediately, even though I should have been charged the whole amount. They were so kind and really friendly. We loved the hot tub on our balcony and used it loads. The hotel is central to all the restaurants and close to the sea. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Incredible accommodation. It was perfectly situated close to restaurants, shops and beaches. The room was very large which gave us a lot of space and it was so impeccably designed. The room was cleaned spotless every day and the morning breakfast deliveries to our room were amazing. All of the staff were really helpful with helping us book transfers/activities and just answering any questions we had. We had an incredible time and can’t wait to be back - very highly recommend it.

Very satisfied with our stay in August at Musae Relais. Could not fault the room, the staff, the service etc. The staff were all so helpful and attentive to ensuring our stay was pleasant. It was very convenient that they offer a pick up and drop off service to the train station. We were so grateful that they came in early in the morning to take us for our early morning train departure. Extremely happy with our stay and cannot wait to come back to Polignano and stay here again! Location was so perfect sitting only a street away from the main strip and piazza. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Polignano a Mare.

Our room was upstairs with a little balcony where we had our amazing breakfast every morning. From here we could wave to our favourite local nonna and wish her a buona giornata. The local produce included in our breakfast was spectacular - particularly the fresh fruit. The suite consisted of two connecting rooms with stone ceilings, a bedroom and a large bathroom with spa bath. The styling was divine as was the linen - bedding and towels. We also made use of the spa pool and facilities down stairs. this was a great way to unwind and pretty special. All the restaurants are a short walk away which is lovely in the evening. It is also very close to the cave restaurant - which is spectacular and worth doing. The hotel also organised a car for us to get to Alberobello which is about 25 min away. The train station is an easy walk (even with suitcases).

I loved that they messaged me the day of to coordinate check-in. That made it super easy. I had to park just outside the city which was fine because they parked me up in a golf cart. The location was the best spot!!!! I was close to everything I needed to be close to. I happened to come on a day they were honoring the Saint of Polignano a Mare in mid-June and the entire festival was steps away from my front door. I have nothing but great things to say and the decor and style of the room was spot on, a complete VIBE.

The breakfast was the best one we had in 16 days of traveling across all different parts of Apulia. They served it in our room and we ate it on the beautiful terrace. We loved the golf cart pick up at the train station. We also appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff was. And everything in the mini bar was free! The shower had great water pressure and our balcony was very private so when we were using the hot tub no one was looking at us, which was nice, rather than having a balcony across the street being able to look in at us. The location was really convenient and the street was relatively quiet. We never felt too warm in our room even though it was 32 degrees C (89.6 F) when we were there. We wished we could have stayed longer.

We were there during the heatwave and unfortunately the AC’s weren’t strong enough throughout all of Italy. The owner and staff went above and beyond and it showed they really cared about hospitality. The hotel itself was actually wonderful. Surprised by the value it felt like a 5 star resort.

The room and location were fantastic! So clean and walking distance was perfect! Breakfast was also great!

Only down size was there was no natural light and a lot of noise the late at night from some kids hanging out the front of our room which once you step out the door your on a footpath, quiet road and then the street after that is the main strip so not sure why these kids decided to catch up until 3am in that spot otherwise the room is 10/10

Location was near almost anything and everything- the staff was superb - mimmo and Julia were outstanding as mimmo went way beyond his scope of his job - I cannot say enough compliments to describe the staff and again mimmo and Julia
