absolutely everything ❤️ Fiorenza is one of the best hosts ever! Everything was taken care in detail and with very natural behavior; I also asked for a massage for me and my boyfriend and she organized a private spa space with 2 very skilled massage therapists, private pool and Turkish sauna for a very reasonable price. We stayed in October for around 6 nights, super clean, very comfortable environment, every morning we were having our coffee up in the cozy terrace. Felt like being in our own place. It was quite confusing to find the place, and you have to evaluate the steep narrow stairs in the apartment, but that's the case with old town houses almost everywhere

The accommodation was beautiful, central but very quiet. Breakfast was provided at a small cafe close to accommodation and, also, an unexpected delicious 'welcome' aperitivo at the same cafe. Dealing with the lovely Fiorenza was a highlight - she made us feel very welcomed and even arranged transport to the accommodation from the railway station and return.

Best Location, the rooms are really nice and comfortable, clean, beautiful design, good beds! Fiorenza the owner going really really to the next step in all dimensions of hospitality! Every time recommended! Breakfast is at the next door with good quality and delicious food!

Great room and nicely renovated. Easy walk and access around the. Breakfast was excellent at a nearby restaurant in the square. Host was extremely helpful in guiding us on where to park the car and organising transport. Lovely bottle of wine included also.

Great location, lots of helpful local tips from the host. Modern decorations, netflix available, free breakfast at a local cafe! Really lovely stay, Would definitely recommend to other travellers. Free parking available at the local train station, about a 10min walk from the train station to apartment.

lots of steep steps up to the apartment which was not an issue, just something to be aware of for other travellers if you have big bags or aren't very mobile :)

Cosy little room in the heart of Polignano a Mare. Very nicely decorated, perfect for a couple.

Breakfast is not served in the building but a ticket is given to go and have breakfast in a bar nearby. The bar is good but the ticket only included two drinks and a pastry and i expected more. breakfast is therefore insufficient in my opinion

perfect location right in centre of everything. the host ottilio is the best guy!! contacted us before to give directions on parking then got us a transfer to property. beautiful room with lovely attention to detail. Ottilio also texted all restaurants,bars, scenic areas to go and visit. He goes above and beyond to make your stay amazing. also gifted us a bottle of red wine to drink on the beautiful terrace at sundown.

staircase is steep with luggage , it is manageable ,but just to be aware.

This was a great find, especially for the price.

There were a number of stairs to get to our room, which was okay for us but could be hard for people with luggage

Excellent location and facilities. Very friendly and helpful host. Received complimentary bottle of wine and snacks which was a nice treat! Cute rooftop terrace to sit back and enjoy a drink and views.

Stairs are a little steep when carrying heavy luggage.
