Staff were brilliant and very helpful, really nice to have access to a pool (especially with a little aperitivo). The staff were very accommodating of our late arrival, despite reception being closed.

It is very rural and getting taxis is difficult and expensive (although the staff did their best to help), so would definitely recommend getting a car.

The hotel is amazing. Nothing is too much for the staff, rooms are clean and well furnished.The views are incredible and the pool is a luxury which finished it off beautifully.

The location although beautiful is difficult for transport links. The hotel were really helpful with taxis but if we were to stay again we would hire a car.

Everyone was so friendly here. The outside area was beautiful. Food was affordable. There was the same menu for lunch while we were there and another dinner menu. Breakfast was buffet style with the usual yogurt, cereal, cheeses, toast, croissants. Occasionally staff would come out to the pool where you could order drinks with them. My party took a train and bus to get here, the bus stop is about a 10 minute walk. We asked the front desk if it would be possible for a taxi to take us to the bus when we were leaving and they actually had one of the staff members drive us to the stop. Very nice.

Air conditioning didn’t work so great, they said they were having problems with it and were working on fixing it.

The staff were so helpful. They noticed we were leaving early in the morning for our flight home and they packed us a breakfast which was very nice of them. The food in the restaurant was fantastic too. Beautiful setting in the olive groves.

Literal perfection. Absolutely gorgeous stay, staff were beyond incredible, the food was to die for, we got engaged in this hotel and it was an absolute fairy tale. Staying in this hotel will make your trip the best ever

Perfect and quite nice for a family short trip

The breakfast was for us a bit late, we have a 2years old and wait until 8am for a breakfast was a bit caos for us on the weekend

Location between Pisa and Florence made it for us a ideal starting point to explore the Tuscany area. lovely hotel. you need a car to get around. they also offer bike rental service and helped us with day tours.

Staff are super polite and always ready to help.

The half board option did not offer different cuisine options, most of them were the same on a daily basis

The accommodation was clean, comfortable and secure. dinner in the restaurant was very enjoyable and all the staff we met were friendly, courteous and interactive. Overall an enjoyable stay.

The staff Francesca at reception and Alessandrointhe restaurant were charming helpful very welcoming, quality of the food in restaurant was superb!
