The views were stunning. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the hotel had very good facilities. we were on the lake and it was possible to hire a boat.

it was expensive. For example breakfast was included but this was for a buffet and if you wanted eggs Benedict it was an additional cost of €15. parking was €20 a night extra.

The location, service, amenities (e.g., pools, family spa, tennis and basketball courts, bikes--FYI, the tennies and bikes are an extra fee), food, kids club, rooms, etc. were outstanding! My partner loved the beach (where we could also pay extra to rent pedalos or stand up paddles). Our kid loved the scavenger hunt to explore the facilities upon arrival (and win a prize). ;-)

The sheets seemed to be too small for the beds. So by morning, we were often touching the bare mattress in some places. I think they need bigger sheets and/or mattress covers. Some of the servers/staff were really going the extra mile more than others. So, I wish it was easier to tip them (e.g., in the individual bills/when paying by credit card).

An amazing, high-class hotel on Lake Lugano. We arrived at the hotel in the evening and got an unsuitable room, the next day we went to the reception and the room was immediately changed. The staff is very kind, and the level of service is very high at the reception and in the dining room. The hotel is designed with thought to every detail, the breakfast is very indulgent with a lot of variety. The suites are of a very high standard with a stunning view of the lake. Our suite included a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel is so beautiful and well maintained that you don't want to leave. We enjoyed every moment and will definitely go back there again.

No irons in the room - what was available on day of wedding was one tiny iron that leaked and a queue of 4 persons ironing suits on a very small ironing board - this was UNACCEPTABLE really as I waited one and a half HOURS !!! NOT happy that I had to pay 70 Euro for parking - I feel that should hae been in the price The room was old fashioned and dated with wood look

The staff were superb and couldn’t do enough to help, creating such a relaxing atmosphere. The views were stunning and facilities fantastic. The breakfast was a wonderful start to each day with so much choice and again those stunning views! . Our room although very slightly dated was perfect for our needs and had the most spectacular view. Everything was spotlessly clean and very environmentally aware. Cimi was only ten minutes walk away and was just delightful.

The restaurants were all rather beyond our budget. There was a lovely, very casual pizza bar but to have had something between the two budgets would have been lovely.

staff, views, restaurants, kettle in room, the whole place is super clean and well maintained which is rare for Italy

no milk (powdered or liquid) with coffee sachets in room (very minor). I water at dinner is 6 Euros and no way of knowing the cost - it looks like tap water in their own branded bottles. Car parking is in individual bays which are quite small and awkward to park in especially at the end of a long journey

This resort is really awesome. The room we stayed in was really big, more like an apartment instead of a room. We had a living room space and also a small kitchen which you could use for the price of 60€. Our room had a lake view and it was really nice waking up in the morning to that view. The bed and the bed sheets were some of the most comfortable I have seen. The breakfast was exceptional, it had more food varieties than we would eat in a whole day. Besides that, the resort is huge and has swimming pools, a lake beach, a tennis court, basketball and beach tennis courts, basically everything you could think of

amazing place, spotlessly clean, well organised but what makes this place so special are the staff they are amazing 🤩 we had a fantastic holiday and the food is fabulous

Food and drink are on the expensive side and parking should be included if you are a guest

The hotel has beautiful views of Lake Lugano. The facilities in the hotel were great. We enjoyed the family spa and beach very much. The hotel also has several restaurants you choose from.

The air-conditioning units in the room were very noisy and we had to turn them off to be able to sleep - this meant that the room was hot even at night as it was summer time. There was also a lot of noise from the staff and people entering and leaving the hotel from early hours e.g. 5am. We didn't sleep well at the hotel and we are looking forward to catching up on sleep at our next hotel.

So relaxing!! The views were amazing!! Tons of hiking trails nearby and such a peaceful resort. Wasn’t swarming with kids and didn’t feel like I was trapped on a cruise ship

Most things are a la carte. Not a super big deal but something to be aware of.
