We ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner one night, and were very taken aback by the outrageous prices for water, salad, and soup. Most salads and soups were not shareable and cost 28-32 Euro. Water is 10 Euro a bottle! The eight of us ordered 10 bottles and so we paid 100 Euro for water! When I complained, the waiter said the price is on the wine menu - I don't drink wine so I would have never seen the price. We falsely assumed that the water price was comparable to other restaurants (2-3 Euro). The food was good, not outstanding. Because of the prices for water, soup, and salad, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

nice clean hotel with comfortable beds good standard and clean rooms with very good service within rooms - changing of towels- turn down etc - Location good and very easy access to all bars restaurants and shops. All staff excellent very helpful at all times and welcoming . Also Complimentary water in room each day and evening if required - loved the tender rib boat ride to the hotels lovely little private beach which was quite basic but had a lovely time there as very peaceful and beautiful.

The bars drinks very expensive even for coffee and tea - but I had been warned about this so it didn’t upset our stay - the sad thing is it makes you drink locally elsewhere rather than at hotel.

Location is amazing in the middle of everything and novikov right infront of the hotel

beautiful piece of Italian culture right in the heart of Porto Cervo, we adored our stay the staff were over helpful and friendly, thank you again for looking after my daughter and I so well

great location

the staff gave us nibbles which we found out later that we had been charged for them! sometimes we had 2 lots I feel we should of been told they charged!

It was the staff that made this hotel even more perfect! From the reception, concierge and waiters/waitresses they couldn’t do enough for you and made you feel very welcome. We do have to name one staff member in particular and that was Christian on the concierge, he advised us on the best places to visit and organised so much. The rooms were always so clean and the food and drinks were fabulous. Thank you for making our first trip to Sardinia amazing, we will definitely be back!

Everything was fantastic.

Hotel is in perfect location, right in the centre of iconic Porto Cervo piazza and next to old port of Porto Cervo. Cervo bar is very good with perfect coctails, service and view. Standart rooms are ok, small, but you have everything you need. Concierge is very good at this hotel.

Breakfast. Staff was so rude, and service was so slow and unprofessional. We had been there 4 nights, and had breakfast included, but we ate breakfast only first morning, and never again, better went somewhere else in beautiful Porto Cervo to have nice breakfast and nice mood.

it’s location.

we were told there was a dress code for the restaurant that prohibited wearing shorts in the evening. However, on 2 occasions we witnessed at least one individual wearing shorts. we were uncomfortable about this and to us elder quests it appeared to be an ageist problem with the restaurant manager. therefore, out of principle we did not eat there,

location and aesthetics

food and drinks are extremely overpriced - 7 euros for a water in the bar, but they do provide delicious amuse bouche. Pool area could do with some music / maybe a bar area. Beach facilities could be improved.
