Location is great on the outskirts of the pedestrian area of Olbia and within walking distance to this area. Rooms were tidy and neat, not too much character but had most basics. Once there (and after the huge online check-in process), the door access was easy.

The online check-in process is very arduous and time consuming and requires all passport plus more details from all guests staying in the accommodation be submitted online in advance. We were 6 people and this took ages for me to do while I was meant to be enjoying my holiday. I understand properties need this legally in Italy however most just request a photo of all passports which would have been significantly easier and faster.

It would have been nice if the beds didn't suck and we didn't have to go looking for recyling/trash in the city due to the fact we were responsible for clean up. Also, the concierge should email you the info like door key code and room at least 1 hr before. I feel going through the whole online check in the process was pointless if they couldn't do their part to provide you basic Airbnb info.

Me and my family only stayed for 1 night because we were there for an excursion. So for 1 or 2 nights it’s perfect and the location is perfect. Also the communication was really good and helpful. All went very smooth and easy. Clean rooms and a cute little balcony. Even a kitchen available. For a city visit you don’t need more.

The sofa bed wasn’t so comfortable

This property is located in a very central area of Olbia so you are able to find lots of restaurants in the area. The property is very clean and the apartment is serviced each day. The staff are very helpful with any information that you need and go over and above to provide what you need.

Excellent location (in the center but quiet), beautiful and comfortable mini appartment, near by paying car park. Love it!

If I have to find something I would say that I would imorove the privacy on the balcony with a mobile panel or something but not big deal. Loved the private balcony to top up the tan!

Facilities were clean. Staff was nice to help us and let us check in earlier due to another inconvenience that we had on our previous accommodation. Clean bathroom, very good room and comfortable bed and the living room (sofa). It is also very good located so you can go and have dinner or a drink near by.

Apartment located in 2 minutes walking distance to the main street, But the main advantage of the apartment was a balcony and a terrace full of blooming flowers and with a table and chairs - a real space for relaxation.

Linen could be whiter.

The room was clean, comfortable and well designed. Location is great and central. Bed was comfortable. The kitchen accessories were bonus. Overall, it was great stay.

Slow communication / response with owner/reception. Front door was often left open by guests which guaranteed free access to the property for anyone and created insecurity
