Marco, Gianni and the whole family of Marco were amazing hosts. They do their work with their heart and know the real meaning of HOSPITALITY. They were very helpful and kind during my stay. It is rare to meet such amazing people in a hotel and/or B&B. The spot is amazing. You can eat your breakfast contemplating the sea, you can go for a swim and have the privilege to have a private access to the beach. The breaktfast is very good and has many options (also gluten free and lactose free -> I always drank my soymilk Cappuccino in the morning :-)) Thank you very much for a beautiful holiday in Tuscany!

The room I had is small and has only a very small window at the top of the room (I had the single room, as I was traveling alone), so don't book this room if you want to stay a lot in your room. Instead use the beautiful terrace of the Villa, go outside and explore Monte Argentario or take the ferry to discover Isola del Giglio nearby! The region is very beautiful.

This location and room was absolutely the most prime real estate view of the mini Amalfi Coast line of Porto Santo Stephano !!! The balcony and the large open picture window of the Tyrhennian Sea was spectacular and the quaint steps down to a small flat landing for a private view of it ALL was breathless !!! The colors of the clear, blues and greens of the sea gently crashing upon the dark, rugged rocks made a lasting impression. There is a second cemented platform at the rear of this darling and gorgeous property for lounging, swimming, or just dangling your feet in the clear sea. You are a moments drive into the town to catch the Toremar Ferry to Giglio Island... we spent one day on a rented vespa to the tippy top at Giglio Castle (be sure to buy a local tomato and mozzarella at the tiny market store to the right of the castle... you will never taste anything like it in the U.S. !!!) and visited Campese Beach... incredible day !!! The staff at Villa Flora ARE the classiest gentlemen, anywhere !!! Johnny, the manager and Franco assisted us and insisted they carry our luggage up and then, down many steps. These are fine men who hold this entire property in great care; including their guests. When I first caught the view at the top level to check in, I cried. I just could not believe how beautiful this unforgettable place is and that it really exists... there is no better panoramic views... we found the BEST !!! Villa Flora and Argentario was a superb location to stop, on our way south from Pisa and San Vincenzo. I would definitely visit again. Also, the breakfast was abundant and Johnny and Franco arranged it an hour early for us one day, so we wouldn't leave for the day - without a meal... super sweet guys !!! We were here in October which was a quiet time to feel like you have the whole place to yourself... an amazing experience and we hope to book it again and stay longer... to me, it doesn't get any better; nor would I want it to... a tranquil place !!!

There is not one negative thing to say.

Quiet room with on sweet bathroom..all so well managed and clean. Breakfast was a feast of choice, from delicious hams to varieties of cakes, creals, yoghurts and more! The terrace overlooking the sea rocks of Punta Nera and the harbour of Santo Stefano was a delight, the perfect spot for enjoying breakfast in tranquility...with the sound of the waves and great service!

A great place with a fantastic view of the sea. You'll immediately feel like you're on vacation as soon as you enter your room and hear the waves crashing onto the rocks. The breakfast provides everything you could ask for. The staff was very professional

The access to the and the parking itself were rather narrow, making getting in and out challenging.

The location is beautiful and right on the sea with private spots to access the water and relax. We really appreciated that there were screens on the windows as there were mosquitoes. But it was lovely to have the windows open to enjoy the breeze in the sea air.

The parking was a little tight, making getting in and out tricky. The room was a bit small and very simple, but also comfortable with a great view.

Giovanni, Marco, and Diego were always pleasant and polite. They were amazing to my 5 year old by greeting him, entertaining him with conversation or when feeding the seagulls. They were also very good with their English conversations with me and offered advice for exploring the area. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was tidied every day. The location was beautiful for sunsets, views, and I appreciated the private little beach and rock formations for climbing and lounging.

Beautiful!! The room as very clean and the most spectacular view! It was so nice to listen to the waves as we fell asleep! The concierge was extremely friendly and pleasant and even recommended us a place to eat dinner that was very good! It was great to have access to the water as well as an easy spot to park our car. Breakfast was very good, too! Exceptional experience!!

The breakfast had all high quality items and perfect croissants. The location was idyllic--hidden away but close, with a feeling of privacy. It was lovely to have multiple accesses to the ocean rocks. The host spoke Italian and English, was gracious and offered a recommendation for dinner.

The turn off the main road is a bit dangerous (fast cars, curve, limited visibility). The room is just a tiny bit sparse, the mattress I tiny bit low and hard. But definitely got a decent night's sleep.

A wonderful stay here . Johnny was a great host- and don’t fear about the stairs . He was so happy to carry my horrible heavy bag up the stairs . Thanks so much.

Maybe the pillows need replacing - and bed was slightly too hard for 3 nights . (A soft topper pad would fix this.)

It's hard to find enough words - we absolutely loved this place. Great people (Marco and Gianni), great breakfast, and the whole experience was quintessentially Italian. Fantastic views, fantastic location, and a cute little beach. The service was great, and the room was lovely and perfect for our short stay. This place is somewhere we would stay again if we return to Porto Santo Stefano in the summer.
