Their best assets are their reception staff and restaurant staff. Very warm, kind and polite. The pictures of the rooms are exactly in person, no false advertising. Beautiful Hotel. Also this hotel allows small dogs to stay for free.

nothing really but maybe just a note for improvement, if they can have a door in the shower (as not to have the whole toilet floor get wet when you shower)

Extremely clean! The staff here were amazing. We have been on a month long Europe trip and hotel Savoia is a place we wish we had even more time with. From the staff, to the views, to the bar/breakfast we loved it all. And the hotel is located in such a wonderful place. It is located right next to the main pedestrian path to the main beach and it just seems like everywhere we were trying to go to was easily reachable because of the location

This hotel was awesome ! Location was great car pulls right up to door no struggling with the amount of stairs that Positano has! Staff treated us like royalty. Breakfast on the terrace was amazing and delicious we had dinner at hotel also very delicious, they made reservations for transportation, restaurants, a great little beach within walking La Marinella less busy and cheaper rentals on chairs/umbrellas. All staff were so welcoming and accommodating. If you want to be spoiled stay at this property. We had everything we needed. I highly recommend!!

I cannot think of a negative

THE LOCATION!!! Very fabulous hotel in the heart of Positano, you do not need to climb any stairs to get here the taxis drop you off right in front! The rooms are very clean and comfortable, no complaints! Breakfast was awesome, they had a full spread of fresh pastries, fruit, meats and cheeses basically your typical Italian breakfast! The cappuccinos are really the star of the show, every morning was perfect!! The staff is very helpful with booking any taxis you need and are great at responding through the booking.com app! I will definitely be coming back and would recommend anyone to stay here!

nothing!

Hotel Savoia is an actual hotel in one of the main streets of Positano, slightly up the hill, but wonderfully located in terms on walking, luggage and access. To provide some context my wife and I moved our luggage (two carry ons, a medium luggage, and a backpack) from the port to the hotel mid summer. It is like a 15-20 minute walk from the port to the hotel if you are carrying luggage but it’s a totally doable journey. You can also always use the Positano porters who can bring your bags all the way to the hotel. Location is one of the most important things to consider while staying at Positano, hence Hotel Savoia becomes a great option to stay. Hotel Savoia is a very nice hotel with multiple floors, rooms, a restaurant and a bar. This is a full complex with very attentive and helpful staff. The room is impecable, clean, comfortable bed, very nice sheets and pillows and a very good bathroom and shower. A/C works perfectly as well as wifi. Our room had a private terrace with beautiful views to the Positano mountain. Even when the nightly rate is expensive, it’s is definitely worth it, taking into consideration how expensive Positano is in general, and how good the location and the overall hotel is. We would completely recommend staying at Hotel Savoia

The hotel's central location was perfect, close to everything Positano has to offer, with the beach and many incredible restaurants close by. The hotel is gorgeous, clean and with an authentic Italian charm! The decor and especially the tiles are absolutely beautiful. Welcoming, polite and helpful staff, everyone speaks English very well. You can savour a delicious breakfast and a good cappuccino, while enjoying a nice view. We choose this hotel for my birthday, and it was the best decision! Hope we can return soon!

This hotel was located in a very convenient location. Not too far from the ferry port and close by all restaurants and shopping. Upon arrival, you will notice the hotel is beautifully updated and maintained. The staff were all extremely courteous attentive and helpful. Our room was very comfortable for my family of 4, and it included a little outdoor balcony that displayed a picture worthy-back drop of Positano. Be sure to grab breakfast with a view in the morning.

nothing that I could elaborate.

The location was incredible! It was right off a main road so you don’t have to carry your luggage up stairs if you take a car in to Positano. It was also such a quick 7 minute walk to the port for easy access to ferries, boat tours, shops and restaurants. We booked the Triple Room without a sea view and the listing said we would be getting either a city or land view. We were absolutely blown away with the view we ended up getting with our room! From our balcony we had a picturesque Positano cliff side view and even had a bit of the sea visible. We were not expecting it to be as fantastic as it was for the room rate we paid. The room was also cleaned TWICE a day, which such a nice touch. It came supplied with all essential toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dental care, shaving kit, lotion), a hair dryer, beach towels, mini bar, guide to the city, a television that we could cast shows from our apps on, and an AC unit that kept the room cool (we are from Texas and a good AC is v important to us haha). The hotel itself was so charming and the staff were EXCEPTIONALLY kind and informative. They helped us arrange a taxi service from the train station in Naples before we arrived and we’re always very quick to respond to any questions I had about our booking. They were also just generally warm and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast buffet had a nice range of food options and was never too crowded, so we were able to have beautiful terrace views while we ate every morning. And the bar had a great selection of cocktails and wine that could be enjoyed on the terrace, as well. We went during the first week of September and the weather was quite warm and it was still slightly crowded with it being the end of the busy season, we didn’t have a difficult time navigating the area or booking excursions or restaurants. I 100% will be recommending this hotel to everyone I know!

There wasn’t anything that I disliked!

I loved this hotel as the location was perfect, the staff were above and beyond and the place itself was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The breakfast buffet was also incredible and they were really attentive and great, and especially considerate about COVID. There are also really delicious food and bar options nearby (not to mention the beach) so there's really no downsides to staying here. I like that it's a quiet spot but everything worth going to is right outside the door.

The wifi was a little slow (I tried to work... silly me) and the room was a little small, but I did get the smallest one so it's really my choice not to spring for the larger options.
